Shocking App!
By far the worst app you can use but it’s the only one that works with my aircon. So many bugs, never get updates and when it does (rarely) then the app breaks even more. Dev team put some effort and fix things.

For such an expensive air-conditioning system, the mobile app is woeful.

Does not work . App is on phone , deleted from phone and iCloud , re installed . Will not connect to the master . Very poor experience, have to now always go down stairs and operate the system via master . Wish it had any error codes to troubleshoot
Continuing Failure
This app has potential to be good if only it would remain connected. Our control panel is 4 metres from the WIFI router and NO OTHER appliances or apps disconnect the way this stupid app does. I have followed ALL support recommendations and still it continues to disconnect and lose the ability to be controlled via an iPhone version of the app. For goodness sake release an update.

Just open the API
Please just open up the full API you guys are horrible at maintaining the cloud and software a guy built a better 3rd party solution. Sitcoms good software is just rubbish
Bugs bugs bugs
Please work on the app, to allow it to function properly. When used with the phone it takes 5 or 6 times to close and open the app to make a single change and for the change to be stored in the main controller. Rubbish of an app, but it’s then only one that can be used to control remotely the aircon. So we are stuck with it.

New update released mid July 2025 and it now seems even worse.

should come with warning at purchase, “app does not function ”
frustrating and deliberating; the app is a complete failure. loaded with delays at every click , user experience is so bad you almost want to throw the phone away;, click a control on app and does not reflect changes as nothing has changed, why bother ; should come with a purchase warning, “actron system is antiquated “

Doesn’t turn on remotely
I worked a few times then stopped working. Please work on fixes so we can control remotely!

This app is hopeless, my two-year-old could create an app than this! Akron needs to pull the finger out and get their act together because this is absolutely ridiculous! They are just joking themselves in front of the world!

Worst app ever
If I could give no stars I would ! It rarely works and for an expensive system to find out the app is useless especially in a multi storey house is frustrating ! Would never recommend !
Buggy
I was hoping than in the 4 years I got this system the app would be fixed. But no, still buggy and unresponsive. Change the temp, and 5 seconds later it bounces back to what it was in the first place. Infuriating given the cost of the system.
Primitive timer
It’s should be straight forward to program a timer, right? Start and stop times. Not so with this app unfortunately since you can’t set the actual time of day. This one small addition would make it more useful. Judging by the frequency of updates, Actron isn’t interested
Terrible and buggy
How many times do you need to close and restart an app in the hope that it might show the correct information. And has gotten progressively worse over time. Actron has no interest in supporting existing customers, as you can see from the version history of this app, the terrible reviews, and the complete neglect to fix bugs.

Horrible & horrific
The worst app I’ve ever used. We’ve had this system for 2 years now and its only gotten worse over time, consistently not working in terms of turning on/off zones, adjusting temperature, literally making any change at all requires multiple attempts before it works and sometimes we have to resort to using the master controller anyway. It also keeps logging us out repeatedly.

Buggy
Great concept, the UX is nice and similar to the wall screen, but the app is so glitchy. Almost always needing to force close and reopen to get the status to update. It’s slow to respond. But my biggest complaint is that it always logs me out, and half the time won’t accept my credentials to log back in. I wish it was also co figured to have iOS password chain store compatibility but it just doesn’t work.
