Shocking App!
By far the worst app you can use but it’s the only one that works with my aircon. So many bugs, never get updates and when it does (rarely) then the app breaks even more. Dev team put some effort and fix things.

For such an expensive air-conditioning system, the mobile app is woeful.
Terrible
Does not work . App is on phone , deleted from phone and iCloud , re installed . Will not connect to the master . Very poor experience, have to now always go down stairs and operate the system via master . Wish it had any error codes to troubleshoot
Continuing Failure
This app has potential to be good if only it would remain connected. Our control panel is 4 metres from the WIFI router and NO OTHER appliances or apps disconnect the way this stupid app does. I have followed ALL support recommendations and still it continues to disconnect and lose the ability to be controlled via an iPhone version of the app. For goodness sake release an update.

Please just open up the full API you guys are horrible at maintaining the cloud and software a guy built a better 3rd party solution. Sitcoms good software is just rubbish
