Worst app ever. Paid additional for WIFI and at best it’s only worked approx 8 months. Every time I try using the app, it can’t find the a/conditioner. Useless and Actrons support is just as useless.

Actron - my biggest regret
Actron have got to be the most useless bunch of muppets when it comes to the app experience around their cooling/heating units.
You spend tens of thousands, get access to a mediocre app that never gets any development attention and then a couple of years later they release a new system with new apps.
Do not buy an actron.

Ridiculous
The App is outdated, suddenly doesn’t connect to the Air Con unit. Tried resetting the Actron modem inside the ceiling cavity and still no go. The App says connected successfully to the network but does not work. Absolutely frustrating.
