Worst app
Worst app ever. Paid additional for WIFI and at best it’s only worked approx 8 months. Every time I try using the app, it can’t find the a/conditioner. Useless and Actrons support is just as useless.

Actron - my biggest regret
Actron have got to be the most useless bunch of muppets when it comes to the app experience around their cooling/heating units.
You spend tens of thousands, get access to a mediocre app that never gets any development attention and then a couple of years later they release a new system with new apps.
Do not buy an actron.

Ridiculous
The App is outdated, suddenly doesn’t connect to the Air Con unit. Tried resetting the Actron modem inside the ceiling cavity and still no go. The App says connected successfully to the network but does not work. Absolutely frustrating.
Dismal
Absolute rubbish. This app makes me regret purchasing what has been an otherwise good air conditioning system. In the 8 years I’ve had the system, 99% of the issues have been caused by the app. Shame on Actron for accepting such a low standard. It makes the air conditioner not worth buying. Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible App
App does not sync with the aircon unit that cost 15k and actron engineering seems to be run by a an idiot. Although system work ok with manual controller in the house but app is faulty since app cannot get an IP address from the aircon unit. You can get the IP address if you goto the main switch board and reset it.. Is this the only way Australian owned Actron engineering suppose to get an IP address? Time for these actron idiots to get some proper education.

Keeps Crashing - outdated
Actron, yours servers keep having issues, app works great when working.
So far your servers in the past 2 months have been down 3 times for weeks. This needs to be sorted once & for all.
What’s the point of having these features if it doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Needs updating
App needs to be updated regularly. The app constantly looses connection with our unit, this makes the app useless.
Rubbish app and control of AC
This app is so flaky. You don’t know if your connected. Don’t waste your money only the module to try to make the app work. $300 bucks wasted
Bad UI and features
Really poor feature app which does not give enough features to operate the unit from app. One of the biggest lacking in feature is auto scheduling of the unit.
Please improve the app and provide the scheduling feature in it. Wall pad does support that but this app does not have it.

Failed cloud system 70% of time
The fails to work 70% of the time. Why?
Because their cloud system used to connect this app is pathetic.
I would say, never buy another Actron Air system. This is the only way to teach this company a lesson.

Embarrassing app
This app has worked 40% of the time. Other times it fails to connect to the system.
Imagine only meeting 40% of your deadlines or target at work?

Constantly drops out and your unable to control when away from the panel. Trying to reconnect it says successful but still does not work. Disappointed!

Congratulations you almost went almost 1 month before your your hopeless App crashed again. What a disgrace! Stop selling this useless feature that you know doesn’t work.

All needs an upgrade. It’s outdated and constantly disconnects from the ac control panel. How about the developers do their job and give the app some maintenance.

Have been using for around 4yrs and has worked fine at home and offsite.
On those hot days knowing I can keep the house cooler on arrival was worth the investment good work team.
