POOR APPS!
Waiting for this kind of apps such a waste of time . Been waiting from 6.20am to get the number it still stuck . Even refresh it so many times . They want customer to use online system number but THEY DIDN’T FIX THE SYSTEM AT ALL!

Really useless apps…. Improve please…. Make a SOP and aligned with the branch that using your so called “queue” system….
Definitely the most useless government you can ever have
If you want to keep waste your time to please use this app , anyway not like the citizen of Malaysia have any choice anyway, Penang government pretty much has zero capacity or capability in handling citizen needs , they probably are one of the dumbest country you could think of.
Slightly sluggish and Drains battery
Installed it at the UTC to get a queue number, and was wondering what caused my battery to drain quickly the same day. Deleted the app, and battery issue solved.
Please make available for other country app stores
I am a Malaysian but I mostly reside overseas as permanent resident. Every 5 years I have to renew the passport in Jabatan Imigresen. Unfortunately this app is not available in other country’s App Store which made it ridiculously hard for us. I have to
- create a whole new email
- to create a new Apple ID
- add a Malaysian payment method by borrowing someone’s CC Or TNG (overseas CC not accepted in Malaysia Apple App Store)
- use a Malaysian address and phone number
- before I can finally install this.
Please be aware that lots of people who need to use this app may not use Malaysian App Store so making it available for other country App Store would make life a LOT easier for all of us. Thanks.

Woke up around 5:30 to que for the turns at utc pudu and this app helps me very well since it will remind me everytime i was not around 👍
Tolong dapat kan queue lebih pada 70 saja mana adil.
Ikut cara SG lah dpt renew senang takya nk tunggu kol 620 atau 630
Can’t do online appointment
Lousy the error message shows the service is not in operation although the branch is open and can’t see how many person is queuing now

Super convenient apps!
Downloaded this apps to get my passport for the first time. Luckily I managed to get a que number eventho it’s 8:30 am already (I refreshed it so many times😂)
My number was like another 100 more so I came around 2pm. Very convenient bcs we no longer need to queue so long & go there so early just to make passport. The apps also reminds us few mins earlier to be prepared.
Overall, it was a smooth experience for me🌟🌟🌟

Super convenient and time-saving app
I had a very great experience with this app, got my number at 6am and managed to arrive at the office by 10 number before me. What’s good about it, I also received a notification to be prepared at about 15 person before me. So when I arrived at the office, it took only 10 minutes before my number was called. Highly inconvenient!

A waste of time and space
If you’re in a hurry to renew your passport ke then DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP !!!
Orang kaunter suruh download app ni sebab dah takde sistem tiket yang biasa, semua kena guna online jadi saya download lah untuk dptkan nombor tiket online but ya Allah !!! Stress betul nak dapatkan tiket online tu. Sistem QMS ni ada mcm waiting list jadi saya pun ikut je lah arahan pekerja kat kaunter tu suruh tapi memang sangat susah nak dpt tiket tu. It’s not just me, other customer pun experience benda yang sama. I wasted more than two hours just to get the freaking online tiket !!! Saya cuba tgk UTC area Sentul or Pudu but sama je mcm kat UTC Keramat ni.
Like the title says, kalau betul2 nak cepat. Pergi je guna service buat online passport yang ada berdekatan UTC tu. Saya kena bayar a total of RM 230 untuk renew passport siap dengan tgkp gambar semua (30 ringgit dari 230 tu is service charge) [200 for passport utk 5 tahun]
Kalau buat pagi2 guna online service tu, hari tu juga boleh collect passport sebab nak tunggu email dari jabatan immigration utk lulus tak lama pun.
P.S kalau boleh saya nak kasi 0 star tapi tak boleh so saya kasi rank paling low sekali

Useless q system
tried to get number ard 6.20 till 6.30. the system keep showing failed. if want implement something. Pls study from SG how they implement a “Good” system. Wasting public time.
Renew passport
To renew passport need to go apps taking Q number and take Q on apps at 6.20am to 6.30am, showing no service provided but information given Taking Q system at 6.20am. Bad apps
Simple & easy to understand
My firsttime using the apps & very easy to use. Notifications also will be send to phone as our number are called by officer at the Immigration office
What apps is this!!!
I wake up 6am to take ticket, till errors coming and highlight waiting so this system can't use. If everyday like how i get the ticket. Under 12 Years old say can go check in. Now have to QMS apps to get ticket.
Extremely slow
I found this app extremely inconvenient and frustrating to use. It’s poorly designed and consistently causes problems. It’s incredibly slow, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. I had to wait since 5:50 AM, and when I tried at 6:00 AM, I was told the service wasn’t available yet. Then, at 6:01 AM, everything was already full! This is unacceptable and makes the whole process infuriating. Please fix these issues to improve user experience. Not a good experience

Bad service
What’s wrong with this app? I’ve tried for a week at every 6am to get a number for passport. Even if i tried at 6, it’s either said not in service hour or connection slow since many people use it. Please fix this. I would do it online if i want to renew my passport but since i am a first timer, i have to go walk in. This is exhausting and wasting my time. It doesn’t even deserve one star for this app.

Not work as expected
The app says that I can Q from 6.20 AM but when I check at 6.15AM it already full which the app just lied to me. I want to settle my matter ASAP but looks like the app just no work as the app should be. Really disappointed. Wasting people time.
Very Bad Apps
I wake up early to book appointment since the apps said that the operator apps open at 6am. I standby to take the appointment as I need the ticket for walk in. I press at 5.55am shows that the operator not open yet. As I press at 5.59 and 6am, theres so many issue appear , at the at I waited for 19 mins , already full booked!! I dont think this apps helps people to settle their issues! Not very user friendly and creates more problems! Better no need use this apps!

Worst ever system
Trying to book via the app but at 6am and keep trying for 15 minutes with the system keep displaying error , and suddenly it did mentioned all que had been booked , how come ?? Try to walk-in to utc branch keramat if got luck but the officer refuse to accept people with no booking id , lot of people in frustrating including me, i dont think the system is ready to live
