In last month disappointed
I have updated and cannot get access to the app. Won’t let me view anything and I have purchased subscription for years and now can’t access.Great when I can view. I don’t think I’ll get online subscription anymore
My missing older magazines are still missing
Update the App and lose older magazines. Never get them back. But no one cares.
Fast forward a couple of years and I am also sending this:
Oh boy. I am steaming mad to once again need to write this. Another update, another impossibility to gain access to my purchases. Horrible, awful and disgraceful support for this magazine and two others. All interconnected I am sure, after all I cannot see three different app developers all being miserable at sending out updates that work. I cannot think that I will ever trust you guys, especially after a similar thing happened a few years ago where we lost older magazines with an “update”. Someone needs to get their act into gear and get this sorted. It is awful customer service!

Why?
Why must I keep downloading all of my issues? I hate this app! I never did recover all of my issues from the last great update. If you want to keep your issues, buy the paper copy and forget the app.
App doesn’t work properly
I have had a 1 year subscription, renewing this month. I cannot access any of the purchased issues, except for the current one.
No support
I think it’s terrible that no one at this company cares about the problems with this app.
