Update stopped QS from working
Today my app/firmware was updated before a ride. When I left my house and went on my way my quickshifter didn't work at all. Before the update it worked flawlessly and nothing has changed on the bike. The only thing it could be is the firmware update... I've emailed healtech with no response. This thing is useless now when it was awesome. It's coming off the bike and I'm going with HM quickshifter which I almost wish I would have from the get go. Fix this now and I'll keep the product, other wise it's in the trash and I'm going to post on forums how this thing failed because of a app update. I've tried to tighten the sensor, loosen the sensor, used the setup wizard, reset to defaults, nothing. The sensor is working because I can make it function just squeezing it with my fingers... the only change was this update. Really disappointing.

Fantastic product so easy to use. Lots of features but to be honest have gone back to auto mode as this just works so well

Only shifter I know on the market that you can control with your phone ! Works great and makes if fun dialling in your shifter to your personal/bike preference.
