Awesome system
The mini-splits for our home look great and work amazing. We’ve had it for a month now and it’s been a great addition to our home. Quiet and cool. The app works as intended but wish it had a timer instead of just a scheduler, and also wish the dial had an internal battery to be cordless. Other than that, it is a great machine.

Better than we hoped for
Our quilt system cools quickly and efficiently. It’s unbelievably quiet and so easy to use. Having daily energy use information per unit is also a great service. It looks nice indoors and the outdoor unit is also nice looking and very quiet. We are beyond happy with our decision to go with Quilt.
Wonderful system and easy to use
Smooth installation (Bellows in SF Bay Area) plus ability to warm the cold parts of the house and cool the side that gets too much sun makes this a game changer.

Love our quilt + app works great!
We are in love with our Quilt. We recently installed and could not be happier with the new system. I was worried it might look bulky, but it blends so seamlessly with our wall, paint and the room in general. It honestly looks so good. Such a great design and it's a huge bonus that it works really well and is saving energy. Highly recommend!

Works very well
This is the control center for my quilt heat pump. It has been a material quality-of-life upgrade to my home and the app is intuitive and powerful way to control the system.
5/5 in every respect
Quilt's heat pumps are easily best in class! They're the most efficient 2-zone heat pumps on the market. The cost is straightforward because full-service installation is included in the sticker price. And they blow the competition out of the water when it comes to aesthetics (looking at you, fellow millennials). I LOVE my new Quilt system and can't recommend them more highly.

Complete waste of time
This app is a complete waste of time. This company is out of touch & has no experience in the industry.
Scam… horrible app & fake company. Owners have no experience
We tried to use quilt and received an estimate from them online. After speaking to them they said I needed to pay $500 for them to see my home. That is ridiculous & I cancelled.
Quilt stats online that they have a few years experience & started receiving reviews when they haven’t even started doing installations yet… beware of this app… quilts owners have no experience in HVAC at all & just received their license July 2024
They haven’t even started doing installations yet & posted fake reviews & pictures of installation projects online. Quilt is a complete disgrace & embarrassment to the HVAC industry. Providing estimates to customers online without even seeing their home or speaking to them, acting as the manufacturer, vendor & contractor all at the same time… sure let’s have all HVAC contractors start buying random equipment from China & selling/installing it. What’s the point of verified brands from verified vendors if quilt continues to operate.
The owners have never been in an attic space or crawl space, want to advertise online that they are going to revolutionize the HVAC industry.,. Ridiculous
