I find it hard to control myself from asking. If this is a filter. How come it’s 17+. That means, that I can only use this if I have my settings open. If I was filtering my apps I’d have it set to 12+ in order to block the adult apps.

Was ripped off
I purchased the lifetime subscription to finally be rid of my addiction and they took my money but I can’t sign into my service that I’ve paid for. I want my money back.
AI doesn’t work
The AI component doesn’t work, it initially signed me out of my first account and created a double immediately resetting my streak, seems very buggy and I would recommend other apps like Gracen instead especially as a Catholic man
Broken waste of money
“Ai therapist” is broken and wont respond. My streak has been reset twice now for no reason and without warning. My girlfriend wants to take this app as gospel yet it doesnt even work

The subscription is so hard to cancel and customer support is horrible they aren’t even answering me anymore.

Melius doesn’t work
Love the app, but melius doesn’t work at all. You type out something and no response. No matter what, even the prompts provided get no response. In times of need this resource could give people support and it’s truly unfortunate that it doesn’t work. Would love to see this patched.

Why turn people's aspirations for improvement into a way to harvest money? That is something that speculators and unscrupulous thieves would do！
Like the app, but paywall issue has not been resolved.
I like the app when it worked for me. I downloaded it a few months ago, paid for a full year then suddenly it stopped working due to a paywall issue. It would not let me past their discount screen. I have back and forth with support (which has tried to help, but they told me they would get back to me and never did). I have contacted them and they told me multiple times that they would get back to me and never did.

Great app but has bugs
Incredible app with a truly amazing, inclusive, and welcoming community. Can’t talk enough about how friendly and supportive the people on this app are. Only downside is the app is somewhat buggy and for the four months I’ve had it I hear other people mention bugs and I have seen bugs too

This Melius ai thing doesn’t even work. Literally isn’t giving any reply whatsoever to my messages. So, if that is part of what justifies the price of the app, I’m not getting my money’s worth.
I also wish the app were more structured with a daily plan or track to follow, kind of like Brainbuddy.
