To be clear this company had a data breach for 600,000 users, and the company’s response was to first deny, then they took months to fix the problem. To make matters worse, even though they fixed the breach, they still don’t have the level of encryption their competitors offer. Imagine having all of your private logs and most personal information in your recovery journey become publicly readable.
I just wanted a refund from my subscription as it was less than 24 hours from when I got it. I didn’t want to leave any negative review. At the end of the day this company will take every dollar it can from people. Just look at all the reviews of people who were scammed into thinking they got a lifetime subscription. I get as a company wanting to make a profit, but there’s no need to be sloppy with policy and reckless with data security. Thankfully there are other secure alternatives that genuinely help and care about security. Hope I have prevented at least one person from making the same mistake as I have.

Extortionate
Although it’s a good app, what the hell are these extortionate subscriptions!? It’s thievery!!! No thanks, I, and anyone else really, can rely on willpower. Why pay £50 per year for something you can easily quit through willpower? If it was a cheap and correctly priced full purchase, then may consider it but until then, deleting this scam app! Why the hell do people think subscription apps are the way forward when lots of excellent replacements exist? Also, add up all the other subscriptions companies yet and scam you to go for and it all mounts up. Just go for willpower and free apps… much better and just as effective.

Why do I need to have a subscription
This app looks legit and nice, but I have absolutely no idea why every single app has some sort of subscription. And this isn’t even that cheap. It’s like $30. I really want to quit. More than anything, but I don’t want to pay this much for this. And if I stumble back into a relapse, this will just be a waste.

Complete Scam
Paid for a membership and the app work great for about two weeks. Then after those first two weeks the app logged me out. Whenever I open the app now it gives me no option to login and practically is trying to force me to pay again. The support text ghosted me and emailing support is useless as I tried more than once and received a response after months but that response was no help at all. Absolutely do not recommend, save your money. If this app actually cared there wouldn’t be so many people having the same issue. 0/10.

Hello, I am getting on here today to let you all know that this is an amazing app for anyone suffering with this addiction. And with the tweaks you all have made to the app so far it’s really done wonders for me. I only have it 4/5 stars because the problem is that there should also be a thing on there to block any trigger search words that’ll end up leading us somewhere we wouldn’t want to be at. Like for example, if you were to put the word cat on the block list, and then try to search that up on anything, it’ll not want to search it up bc that word is on the list. Please make this such a thing. I feel like that could do us all so much more wonders than we could ever hope to imagine. Thank you for your time!
