Disappointed

I love the clothes at Quiz. I would be really happy but as I paid for QVIP membership which is not being recognised, I have now had to pay £5.99 for next day delivery. Why can you not provide a contact number for when there is an issue so I can speak to a person. I feel really let down by this

Quiz keep emailing me with discount codes and do not honour them.
Trying to talking to customer but they just send a computer response! Terrible shop
