I love the clothes at Quiz. I would be really happy but as I paid for QVIP membership which is not being recognised, I have now had to pay £5.99 for next day delivery. Why can you not provide a contact number for when there is an issue so I can speak to a person. I feel really let down by this

App discount is misleading
The discount they offer for the app doesn’t work at all, it would show they have added it but it doesn’t apply at all.

When purchasing products on the app there was no field to enter 15% of my first order. Also I had to go in and out of app a few times to ensure all details were included

False advertisement
Ive given the app a 2 star review, as they claimed to give a 20% off when you download the app and make your first purchase. I typed in the discount code and it clearly said “discount code successfully applied”, however, it didn’t actually make a change to the payment. No discount was actually made on the purchase.

How do I change the currency on this app
I live in the United States and I’m unable to change the currency from Pounds to Dollars. I’ve searched thousands of times and I cant find anything. This app needs to be more specific on these types of things.
Images won’t load
I love Quiz clothes but the app is useless. As others have said, the app stops loading any images of items after only a few scrolls. It’s extremely frustrating so I always give up waiting. I don’t know any other clothing app that does this. Very poor.
Problem with the app
App is not working properly since last major update. It’s crashing or won’t let you finalise the order or won’t be showing an images. It’s like that for nearly a month. When do you plan to fix it ??
Terrible App
I love quiz but I’ve gave up trying to buy anything through this app because it’s useless.
I can’t see any images for the items I want to view. All I see are description’s and size options but there’s just a blank space where the image should be. If I wait for a ridiculous amount of time I have now and again had a picture eventually show up but it happens rarely and I don’t have the time to wait. No problem with my internet connection or speed etc and it’s absolutely fine on other Apps and shopping website’s.
