Possibly the worst restaurant app
This app is so confusing and not intuitive AT ALL. There's zero description of what the offers apply to (ie free chips and drink combo, doesn't specify WHAT chips and drink). It also doesn't tell you that's NOT an offer, it's a reward, so lost 50 points for a $4 reward. Not worth it at all. I won't order in the app again.

Ordered for a party tray and worker was very pleasant and helpful even with the modifications and extras we added.

It looks like this app has been updated and it’s very difficult to navigate. I simply wanted to scan my paper receipt and add it to my rewards, but I was unable to do so unable to find that option .
Picked my store and then it showed me like five locations across the whole United States
Terrible app. It showed me all the stores around me. I clicked on it and then when it asked me to click on the order, it brought me to another map with five locations scattered across the whole United States and Canada and only allowed me to pick on those doors even when I zoomed in and had it pop up the store in my town.

Love going here super fast and great service
Error with no explanation
Tried ordering through the app and all it would say is error validating order. No explanation just it isn’t gonna work
Great Place to eat
The Quiznos in Centralia, WA at the outlet malls is excellent. Amazing, friendly service always tasty food. Every time we go through this place on I-5 we have to stop.

This Quiznos is superior to the rest. They are so friendly. They get my order right everytime! Zero complaints, love it there!

I travel a good amount of miles due to only having 1 location. Quiznos never disappoints and staff is always courteous!
Horrid
The app can’t even find the two locations near me, preventing pickup orders. That’s IF you can create an account with their Required Favorite Location field, which doesn’t show any of the Quiznos locations within 90 miles of me.
Punish me when I spend too much money at your place?
How can a restaurant offer points to attract customers to their stores and then not give them points because they eat there more then 2 times a day? This is the only store open at the time when I start my day. Do better.

It didn’t load on my Apple 12 it doesn’t load on my Apple 16 Pro. It doesn’t load if you have security or VPN.

I drove 10 hours to Colorado and I’m so excited to be able to eat at Quiznos again! Our Quiznos in Iowa closed.

Clunky
I wanted Pepper Bar so I touched it, and it wouldn’t let me go on to pay without a selection- but there wasn’t anything to select (no drop down menu or anything like that). So we got two sandwiches with basically just meat, no toppings. Which made it expensive for just a few slices of meat and sprinkle of onions. Pretty wack.
