No Auto Login
No way to automatically login each time visiting the app? I thought this app was about making it easier for hotel professionals, not harder!

New update is dog water, I thought it was bad before with the app constantly logging you out if you went on another app, but now it does that plus it doesn’t save your login credentials or unlock with Face ID.
Please fix the bugs and glitches
Great app concept wise just wish you didn’t have so many glitches the app constantly freezes. It has to be restarted. The latest problem is I continuously get logged out of my account and every time I need to get on Quore, I have to re-login.

The latest update is dreadful. I have to use this app dozens of times every day and every single time I have to log in with my username and password! This is so frustrating. Face ID no longer logs in despite selecting it in settings. This app was user friendly but now, it’s just awful.
Missing many functional features
I wanted to like this app. But it’s disappointing and has failed our operations on many occasions. The app doesn’t allow you to use most of the functions. Also, it doesn’t notify you when your log has been replied to. I don’t think this app is effective for businesses who need things done efficiently.

They changed how the system worked and now everything is broken. App doesn’t work on tablets.

No filter to view past-due or completed items
This app would be perfect, if I could only ALL view past-due and completed work orders. However as it is, it only shows a partial view of past-due work orders, and no previously completed work orders at all. You also cannot filter previous dates while in the To-Do Log
doesn’t work
I’m supposed to use this for work, but it wont let me stay logged in or even log in at all most times. It just says “Oops! Something went wrong. Try Again.” but it never works.
Could be great
I work maintenance and the inability to be able to go back and check completed work order tickets within the app in order to see what was done and any notes that may have been added is kind of ridiculous, and completely defeats the purpose of this app because now I’m still needing physical tickets for records on rooms that may need follow ups or issues that continue happening. Truly is a great concept but in its current state, only requires more work rather than less. The same issue carries over into chemical readings for the pool also can’t go back and check previous days meter readings of any kind. All of this should absolutely be available to anyone and necessary for troubleshooting future issues.

We use this at our job and it is the worst app ever whoever created this app. I’m so sorry for you. You’re not smart. There’s no training for this app. All you could do is just check calls and I said you can answer back right not a photo of so stupid

It would be nice if we could choose the ringtone cause the ringtone used is really quite and hard to hear. iOS user
I like the app but…
The app is useful for its intended purpose the only complaint I have is that it’s So dang sloowww. I get annoyed each time I upload my work and takes eons to upload and sometimes it takes so long it doesn’t save my work when upload it. My 3 star rating would be a 5 if the app was faster in uploading completed work, tasks, and request orders.
P.s. I’ve been waiting for 5 mins for my work order to upload as I type this review.

The worst
This app never works like it intended you never see all the work order and be prepared for a thousand notifications for the same one work order that somehow makes it. Absolutely the worst app I ever used for work
