quorum is a wonderful Bank to use. If you ever need any help, you can call them very easily and they help you. In every way they can. The ease of depositing money via my phone and I highly recommend this bank to anybody looking for a good good bank.

Mobile banking.
I like the convenience of mobile banking but depositing a check is always an issue. It has nothing to do with the lighting or background because I usually have a lamp over head. I have to do so much I when the check has cents. I have to jump through hoops to make it recognize the cents. Wish it wasn’t such a hassle.

Never saves login correctly
Every time I login (using the correct username and password) I am forced to have a “one time” code sent to my email (it will not send it via text) in order to complete the login process. This makes what should be a 5 second process one that takes much longer. I just wish it would properly save my information so I could login efficiently.

Unacceptable !!!
Downloaded the app thinking I could apply for an account like most banks and credit unions… WRONG ! Had to apply on their website which is NOT secure! After I applied I didn’t even get an “acknowledgement” email saying thank you for applying! No email! After 3 days of waiting for a response I had to call and find out they denied my application because I have freeze on credit bureaus and chexsystems 🤬 Really Quorum??? I would’ve been more than happy to lift the freeze had there been ANY communication at all !!! This bank’s sign up process is rude, dismissive, and a sense of entitlement! I applied with my local credit union down the street and got a phone call and email within an HOUR saying thank you !!! This credit union is NOT worthy of your business or money !!!

Freezes like crazy!
App always requires you to have to delete and re-load. Almost isn’t worth having in the first place. When it works it’s great, but that’s few and far between.

Very easy to navigate across the board, making banking from home a no effort issue.
Above average.
Just a few glitches and hang ups. Sometimes it tells me I haven’t logged in for a while and it locks up. Overall it’s very good.
Best customer service
Best customer service, user friendly website. Love ease of transferring funds, paying bills, downloading statements. And mobile deposits—never had one problem.
App crashes
Overall, I like the features of the mobile app for Quorum, but recently had too many incidents when the App crashed during the process of depositing a check. In addition, technical support was very poor.
