Great platform easy to use always coming up with new ideas. Unfortunately a lot of bugs still having to deal with a lot of issues.
Cannot create an invoice
Every time I try to create an invoice, the whole program freezes

We have been on the CRM almost from the start and it’s been nothing but perfect for us.
Super simple to use and whenever we have had any issues the customer service was great.
We barely scratch the surface of what it can do and as we grow we know we have the ability to make more use of the software.
Nothing but happy here in Southwest Florida!!

Continuing issues
Still have the same issues with the calendar. The notes on each job are now being applied to multiple jobs and not staying on the one it was assigned too.

I love this app but…..
I love all the features buttt I have issues where it will load with my logo constantly and for long periods of time and when I’m using a software I expect quick and ready to use nothing to hold me back so all this loading multiple times it just make me sad ): because I don’t want to switch platforms but I may because I can’t deal with the slow lag and Ik it’s not end of world for most people but me it’s GO GO GO and then I go into a stop and if makes me consider if I just have to take out the app to use it and retry but then I have to rewrite up my estimate no bueno

It a great product for simple service businesses.
Solid CRM. But everyday usability sucks.
Making, sending and tracking invoices and payment is great!
BUT the calendar, crew timelines, job creation, and crew management features suck.
The crew timeline disappears when you select a new day, that timeline should stay present as you click from day to day without having to turn it off and back on again.
Crew management should be easier and more intuitive.
It’s got a solid base and can be the best CRM but the usability of the mobile app is garbage for how much the service costs.

Making, sending, and tracking invoices is great to hear, but if the calendar, crew timelines, job creation, and crew management are creating friction, that’s something we take seriously. The feedback around the crew timeline resetting when changing days and making crew management more intuitive is specific and actionable, and that’s exactly the kind of input that helps us improve. We’ve put a lot of focus into development and improving the user experience, and we know there’s still work to do. I have tried JOBBER and it costs too much for what’s it worth. QuoteIQ does a good job at keeping prices low. The app was confusing though.

Love this app and its resources! Being able to set templates for services, create multiple types of quotes, measure properties with map measure pro, and so much more all in one place has helped my business a ton. It's buggy at times but, after swiping out and going back into the app, it works as it should.
There's been MANY upgrades since I first started with QuoteIQ and I'm definitely a fan.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it deleted my inspection the last time it updated. Otherwise... it's great!

Great CRM
Use this for my pressure washing company and it’s been great.
I’ve had it since it was a very new CRM and it’s had its glitches but the team has been great in fixing these and communicating them.
And they are always upgrading and adding features!

Can’t even use it
I’ve tried 3 separate times to start my free trial but as soon as I’m taken to the payment screen, my phone crashes without fail.

Needs fixing but love it
Love it besides the new update that doesn’t let you delete line items. Only “hide” and the hide doesn’t even work. Not ideal to have to recreate a whole new quote if you mess something up!

Best and only CRM I’ve used, super easy, the moment I started using it was the moment I started to become more professional, I started to become more organized, I started pricing my services better as well!
