تم عمل اوردر يوم الاحد ولم يصل اي ايميل علي بريد لمعرفة رقم الفاتورة تم ذهب يوم الثلاثاء البضاعة ماوصلت قال بكرا ذهبت يوم الخميس في موظف واحد مختص للاونلان بعد انتظار ٧ دقايق وصل موظف ويدور بين الملابس اللي موجوده علي طاوله علي الملابس اللي تم عمل اوردر من يوم الاحد وجد ٣ قطع كان ناقص قطعتين ذهب داخل المحل يدور علي باقي قطع من افشل تعاملات اللي شفته وفي بضاعه موجوده بلمحل بكثرة ولاكن لاتجده بلموقع اوالتطبيق

App is very bad and crushing most of the time , Half of the order got cancelled and they deliverd it seperatley every item .
Worst customer service
Worst customer service ever, no response on app or email for my order.No point of contact for anything purchased on the app. Its been 5 days since my order and no response form anywhere

I have been shopping from R&B for a long time and tried there application recently. Its a pleasure to use and has some of the best deals in town.

Poor customer service
Every time I order they will cancel some items without any notice (email or sms) and them item will appear on the shipment. I have to beg them to refund the money. I am still waiting for a response on refund for an order placed and cancelled by them 3 weeks ago. There’s no customer support number to contact them.

طلبي ما وصل إلى الآن كملت شهر + ألغى كل معلومات الدخول ولا أقدر أتواصل معاهم عن طلبي فااااااااششششششل

التطبيق فاشل ،، والسبب انه الغى جميع بياناتي في التطبيق السابق له ،، فلا اقدر ان ارجع لطلبلتي السابقة
