Can’t Register Account
Well, I can’t even get started with the app freezes up when trying to register the account. I have not witnessed any help it says just write Help in that text. I’ve done it several times no help.
Great idea but if you can and control it on your phone what the hell good is it? No wonder why it only has one review what’s going on this thing is not cheap. Very disappointing back to Amazon you go

Waste of time & money
The R Feeder needs an app in order to operate. There are no manual controls, that said the app will not connect to the device. Requires a 2.4 GHC which we’ve tried and every other possible combination nothing works about the app. The device is just a doorstop.
Limiting Options
I didn’t get past setting up schedules because it doesn’t gone allow the options I need. I was using this feeder for my dog who gets 12 oz of raw diet per meal. So I was going to set up one ‘meal’ immediately after another (3 minutes apart) since the meal space doesn’t hold more than 6oz of her food. But the app says I must have the meals 60 minutes or more apart. While I appreciate the ‘message on proper health’, I can’t get past the message to set the schedule, so I’ll be returning this device entirely since the app doesn’t suit my needs.
It’s not your job to ‘control’ how we feed our animals but limiting the options this way. Not to mention, that doesn’t apply to my situation (I’m not over feeding my dog).
