Amazing customer service

I made a mistake and bought it on accident bc I was in a rush to charge my phone, messaged their website and they took care of it immediately

I never write reviews but this was great

Very local and helped me so much!

The owner is very local and just wants to help people, plus their chargers can charge any phone, and last a long while. Definitely 5 stars for me!!

Rabbit is the best!

Easy to use, great customer service!

Great app

If your phone is about to die... Rabbit has you covered. This app is very convenient and essential for a night out at the bars with friends or just strolling through the city on your bike or skateboard and you need a charge. I am pleased with their service!

Thanks Cody! Happy to hear you using Rabbit.

Car accident and my phone was dying.

I’ve been in three car accidents where my phone was below 4%. Which is just my luck and the worst cause my insurance cards are on mobile and everyone I need to call to get home safely is in there. I should probably memorize some phone numbers. Last week I was in another accident. Luckily this time I had a Rabbit charger with me. I was able to plug in and connect to the right people and get home safely. Huge props to Rabbit!

Not a use case we ever thought of, but we're glad you are okay and that the Carrot helped in saving the day!

Secure and fast charging

I get a little paranoid about leaving my phone with random bartenders at local establishments. This product has taken the fear out of that. Not to mention there has been plenty of times that I have traveled to another city to only realize I left my cord at home, rabbit is the solution to this. Get it, try it, do it. You would be dumb if you didn’t.

Thanks Alex! Glad you're enjoying Rabbit.

Great concept...

Just like those overpriced parking lots that say ā€œrates as low as $2 an hour!ā€ But require $14 for the first 2 hours.

I disagree with the status-quo of having to keep a rotating balance within an app. It’s the same reason I don’t use certain scooter providers.

Rabbit is a great concept, just let me pay for the service as I go.

Thanks for the honest feedback! We would love to offer that, but unfortunately do to credit card processing rates we would literally break-even on a 1 hour rental. As we grow we will change to a pay for the service as you go model.

Best thing since Sliced Bread

Literally the best thing since sliced bread. I live and work on my phone. When I’m out with friends or traveling, I can’t afford for my phone to die. Rabbit solves this problem and keeps me charged. Can’t wait for this to be in every city in the country!

Fantastic app. Life changer if your phone has ever died when you're on the go!

Thanks Charlie! Glad you are enjoying it.

Simple, Affordable, Portable Charging.

It’s a relief to know I can go out and not worry about making sure my phone is fully charged beforehand. Plus at only .99 cents for an hour rental, it’s a no brainer. It’s like bird scooters but for power banks. Sweet. Thanks Rabbit!

I’ve needed this for years

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been working and then out with our team and needed to charge my phone. #excited

Solves My Problem

I always forget to charge my phone at night, so it will be like 9AM and my phone is about to die. Rabbit is affordable, and all over Nashville. Will continue to use!

Try it out!

These things are freaking awesome! Try one out! No disappointment!

Pretty Cool

They just launched in Nashville, found out about them while they were shooting their promo video downtown. Great concept, the app needs some work but I’m sure it will get there!

Finally!! Game changer

I no longer have to worry my phones gonna die while working or going out. App rocks. Very easy to use. Can’t wait to see all of the rabbits popping up.
