Meer dan prima app
Ik ben al jaren klant van Rabobank en ik ben erg blij met de verbeteringen die worden doorgevoerd. De app is doorgaans stabiel en het is heerlijk om alle producten en diensten in één app te hebben.
Niet blij met de nieuwe kleur
Graag de oranje vertrouwde kleur weer terug voor de app. Makkelijker te vinden

waarom staat mijn saldo zo groot in
beeld?? op 3m afstand kunnen mensen mijn saldo zien; terug naar het oude app of mensen kunnen zelf instellen hoe groot de saldo erop staat

Het is bijna onmogelijk om een bedrag ‘snel’ boven €1000 over te boeken naar het buitenland.

No English available in notifications
I am very disappointed and it is certainly difficult for a foreigner to find all the notifications in Dutch even I selected English as my preferred language for communication.
Tegenintuïtieve interface met voortdurend gebedel
Het blijft voortdurend zoeken waar dingen zitten. Het maken van een betalingsverzoek, bijvoorbeeld, bied een optie “delen via whatsapp.” Dat opent dan whatsapp bij de laatste persoon waar een bericht naartoe is gestuurd en wanneer ik dan naar de bedoelde ontvanger navigeer, is het betaalverzoek weg. Vervolgens blijft het verzoek in de Rabo-app blijven staan en kan ik het niet hersturen of wijzigen. Gedurende dit process heeft de app mij drie keer om een recensie gevraagd. Zie hier.
