Great App
The app is really great. Needs more users on the app to make the most of it. I was having a hard time finding someone to play tennis with and a friend in UK told me about this and to my surprise there are a few people that know about it in my area in Illinois. I was able to find someone in the same week and play! Hopefully it continues to grow!

Useless app
I tried this app hoping to find partners for tennis, squash, or other racket sports. Initially, you need to purchase a subscription to access its features. However, I found it to be completely useless and full of scammers. I was never able to find genuine partners for any sport I wanted to play. Instead, I kept receiving nonstop messages from young women mainly interested in getting my WhatsApp number off the platform. Save your time and money—this app isn't worth it.

A great app for finding a tennis partner
We have moved to a new are and I didn’t know anyone here. Fortunately, RacketPal helped me to find a female partner to play with. It’s an excellent app that helps to find your perfect match.

Great app for racket game lovers!
I signed up to Racketpal in the hopes that I could find someone to play tennis with on the same day, and I did! It’s a great app for badminton, tennis and many more racket game players. I highly recommend it.
Very unreliable
App is constantly in some loading or no internet connection mode, chats are disappearing and reappearing randomly, not sure if messages are getting through as well.

Solves a real problem for players
A great solution to a very common problem of finding people at a similar a level to play with, or even finding people to play with at all.
Overall a really solid effort and concept.
I played my first game recently and had a good experience, but the app still hasn’t been able to update it under “my activity” looks like a glitch whenever I try to.
That said it’s a great platform with a lot of potential, and I’m glad to be using it.

Ads is annoying
Before opening the app you need to watch the full screen ads.. So annoying
Wish I could get on the app!
Downloaded the app on Sunday and filled in my details. Awaited the verification email. Nothing. Tried again. Nothing. Sent an email explaining that I could not verify. Waited until the following day and no reply. Sent a message through the website and waited another day and surprise, no reply. Another day has passed and still no response and can’t access the app. As some other people have stated with 1* reviews, there is no support. Wish I could review the app but can’t even get on it after 3 days!

Very useful app
Helps in finding all the sports center or academies in a city. Very useful for someone who is new to the city. Suggest to explore more and provide direct booking options of court.

Totally nor real
I have selected 4 sports which i play and i have been organising games since last 3 days still i have not got even a single player match, and the communities are also not real as no one replies in it
Best For Badminton in City
Hi just downloaded RacketPal few days ago and it’s pretty interesting!l. The app helps me connect with people in the badminton community. I’m from the West Midlands and I’m happy to join because it’s cool that we can chat, connect, make friends, and play together.

Overall, this app has helped me meet people and play tennis. So it does what it is supposed to do!
But the app itself runs poorly. Everything loads slowly. There are lots of bugs. I can’t see any of my games for example. It always says there’s an error.
They’ve also introduced ads recently which has been annoying but I understand they need to make money.
If they fixed the performance issues it would be a 5 star review for me!

Annoying chat opening delays & too many notifications
Honestly this app #1 for tennis period! But a anything in the app takes ages to work.
Also, I think this app should stick to Tennis only app or wait until Spin replace you lol

Look the concept is good, bringing tennis players together.
However the fact you can be rated by anyone on the platform makes no sense. Meaning you can have 5* reviews but if someone takes offence to not being available for a hit then they can rate you down. How stupid.
