Horrible app
It won’t let you open to logged in sort off has a very bad tracking that the browser won’t let you open if you don’t open your safety door for them to steal your details and still can’t access the ticket. Very frustrating annoying and scam app
Awful App
This is just way too complicated just to retrieve tickets. Downloaded and deleted the app over 10 times and it just kept crashing on the phone. In the end had to download the app on an iPad to be able to create the account which I could then eventually use to login on the phone. Ridiculous App.
Unable to change email in App
Mis matching emails means tickets can’t be downloaded. The ability to change your email is not available and a lot of time and stress involved in putting this right!!
Why Not Paper Ticket
My daughter very kindly bought two tickets so my wife and I could go to Queens. OMG - I received an email - They want me to download an App and then open/register an account, during which process I have to decide if I am male female or other or 'prefer not to say'! No sign ofcantbtickets though thecemail tells me my daughter transferred them to me. This is like being stuck in a maze goingbround in circles. Why not email a bar coded ticket which can be printed or a paper ticket already printed??

Email says I can download my ticket now
The email you sent me says I can download my ticket now, but when I sign into your app, it says I have to wait 48 hours before the tournament. What the heck? Don’t send misleading information.
