Absolute garbage
I want to cancel tickets and ask for refund. The site is designed specifically hard to cancel any ticket or purchase made a while ago. I still don't know how to do it and I have three sites linked to LTA open. This is predatory behaviour. My membership will be cancelled. Absolute garbage the entire experience. Is like going to Mars. Beggars and crooks I see here.

Tickets not on App
I have tickets for Eastbourne and for Wimbledon but I’m not able to access them on the App. The problem seems to be that I have two emails and the App won’t let me change between them.

What a terrible app! Forced to join it to access tickets and all so LTA can mine my information to send me junk. Rubbish!

Can’t find my ticket
I downloaded the app & transferred my ticket & said I would be able to access it 48 hours ahead I thought. Now I can’t find it! Why can’t it be on the LTA app instead of courtside.

Useless
A place to hold your tickets and look at yesterday’s news. No other sections of the app worked. No live updates. Match results were all for last years tournament. Weather updates - it rained all day and there was no play but this section reported ‘no rain delays’ for the entire day.
Awful app
Create an account on ticketing website to buy tickets, no option to create username, get tickets and website says you NEED to download this app to get your tickets, go to app and can’t log in as no username exists. Try to find username through app - No match found. Try to reset password - No match found.
Use alternative website to find out details and finally log in to app with details, go to tickets section - This page cannot be loaded…

Too complicated for a ticket app
Crazy complicated to get a ticket. Why? Everyone else just sends a ticket via email. This app takes ages to set up, it’s ridiculously complicated to give a ticket to someone else who is then forced to get the app. Terrible and a reason to avoid LTA events
