I have $400 I can’t access because it won’t verify the phone number to the email amount. No way to get help. This is fraud and when you try to send an email for support, it gives an error message.

App does not allow you to login
Although I previously set up an account it does not allow you to login when presented with verifying your phone number. The app just states your number is already connected to an account.
Won’t except or load money. Been over two months.
Been trying for a couple months now. Nothing.
TERRIBLE APP!
At the beginning the RAD card was a great idea and worked great at all my favorite places. Now, I cannot get into my account and after sending an email for a new password, I cannot get a response from anyone…I just keep getting your account had been flagged. Flagged, flagged for what? They take your money, close your account and never respond back.

They deactivated my account would not give it back hasn’t responded to any emails regarding me getting my account back they don’t let you leave comments on their Instagram page they don’t let you send them messages on their social media page do not use this card it is a fraud
Many issues with the app
Ever since they updated the app, there has been many issues, I tried adding funds and it keeps telling me authentication error, I click support to send a message and get help and it keeps telling me “error contact support “ well that’s what I been trying to do aghh. Im so disappointed
a HONEST review
This app is getting on my last nerve. I had 500 dollars on it and i get permanently suspended from the app!? I'm not sure if it's a glitch but all i know is that good review was probably paid for, if your considering getting this app dont. TRUST ME. Horrible app don't recommend
Horrible app…doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work even after they claimed that the payment system has been fixed. And their customer service is so horrible that instead of addressing the issues, they have disabled their comment section on Instagram and Facebook so nobody else can complain.

Won’t take Credit Card

Support your local businesses!
Shop locally! Inflation has made it 10x harder for these small businesses to stay open. Heard about this app through the local restaurant I work at. Caved in and downloaded it lol. Absolutely love the idea!
App is Horrible! Customer Service Non-existent
Updated app will not allow my phone number to be verified. So I cannot access my finds previously purchased. I have deleted and re-installed the app several times with no success. Attempts to contact them via their contact form or by email directly have been unsuccessful as well. I DO NOT recommend using this app!!

Issues with verification of cell number
I keep clicking the verify button but it doesn’t load correctly…. Locked out of my funds as well as the entire Home Screen of the app. I’m stuck on the verification screen

Message to tech support doesn’t work. This is a very basic feature and it is broken.

Hard to navigate sign-in part, no help given a week after my request to fix the issue
Signed off my personal account. Then accidentally went to sign up as a business. Tried to go back but the app wouldn’t let me. Deleted the app and redownloaded it and brought me to the exact spot and is preventing me from signing in to my personal account that I had alrdy made. Emailed from the website for help and got no response. Wish I can enjoy my rad card benefits but no ones helped me to fix the issue.

Selecting a community
I like this program to help the communities during these hard economic times. The app is fairly easy to use but before the new update I liked how you were able to see which businesses were participating before you decided on a community. I wish that wouldn’t have changed with the new update.
Confusing to use
Doesn’t allow transfer of funds between cities. Not even for a service charge. Poor customer service. Funds should be available by county and not individual cities. Not worth it unless matching funds or ability to use across cities.
