Out times?

I have been a restaurant manager for quite some time and I just started working in a new location that uses this app. Seems to work great other than the out times showing up for team members. We can be in the middle of a huge unexpected rush and team members want to leave because that is what their schedule states. You need to add a LBD (lunch business decline) a DBD (dinner business decline) and a CL for closer. Please!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🙏

Sluggish, clunky, out-dated, and ineffective

Schedules by Radar is genuinely a step down from nearly all the competition. The app makes the simplest task impossible on either the managerial or the employee end. Seeing in times, trading shifts, trading traded shifts, it all has an unnecessary convoluted step involved for no reason than to complicate and confuse.

What is insane is this is maintained by R365 who have competent programs built?

Bugs/ Glitches

The app no longer sends me or several of my coworkers notifications when a shift is posted. I need to be messaged via email to know if a shift is posted even though I have my notifications on for the app. This makes it super frustrating to get shifts picked up or to pick up shifts and honestly the app is interfering with me making money. Please fix the issues. Also it’s not available for people with androids which is messed up as well

very poor UX, feels old and janky

generally this app has been just okay, but pretty laggy on touch response and often takes multiple inputs to register.

Poor UX, feels like a bad web app circa 2012

There’s some very baseline interface issues here that need fixing before anything else can be addressed. One example: The navigation bar at the top of the screen that contains critical controls like the back button, the menu toggle, etc. should be pinned to the top of the screen constantly. It should be persistent and always accessible. Scrolling should not cause this menu to slide up and off the screen. Another example is that when opening a chat window in the messages tab, the text input box almost never performs as expected. It pops in and out of visibility. The app stutters and struggles with navigation in various other ways, and there are plenty of issues with how it handles managing & tracking shifts as well, but again, before any of that can be addressed, the basics need to be covered.

Easily the worst functioning app I have ever used it my life

Needs to be available on all phones

Using this for work is great, except for the employees who don’t have an iPhone. I’m not sure if it’s android or Samsung but something isn’t compatible with it so all of the staff who doesn’t have the right phone misses out on schedules being posted, shifts being up for grabs, and manager announcements being sent out.

UX Design flaws

I work in UX design and your app has a a major flaw that affects everyone I know who uses the app. They all tell me they have the same issue with your app.
Remove “your next shift” feature that pops up. It isnt effective and every single person tells me they miss shift or they are late because they see”your next shift, but it isnt the correct shift because they see it after 12am, and also it glitches and same day will show your next shift when it is showing 2 shifts away for some reason.
Hands down every coworker i have says they have the same issue.

Can’t get in

Had this job for 2 weeks now and was re-sent an invite.. I tried to email the customer service email provided in the text I got, and it’s been discontinued. So. Don’t use this app if you have a choice.

average… except for

my biggest bone to pick with this app is that managers don’t get alerts for shift changes. if i put a shift up and someone’s requests to pick it up, the managers don’t get notified. kinda wack

App closes out when I’m trying to message back a fellow employee

Every time I try to reply to one of my co workers the app just shuts down and I can’t respond. This app is terrible for that reason in itself please fix it.

Can’t link to calendar app

I wanted to link my schedule to my google calendar, which it allows me to do but it only shows on google calendar for the web page not for the app

Worst app ever

Kicked me out. Told me my passcode is wrong. Won’t send me the temporary code even though it says it’s been sent to both email and phone they don’t respond to support emails terrible

Wrong password alert

I guess I’ll never know my schedule since every time I try to log in it says wrong password even though I’ve reset it my password MULTIPLE times my manager even fired me and rehired me to re invite me and it still didn’t work and when both me and my manager reached out for help no one would answer us. So it would be great if someone could figure this out so I could know my schedule and be able to request off for things.

Unusable

This app used to work okay, although it’s never been great. However I’ve recently been receiving error messages and the app won’t load any time I try to do anything. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if that would fix it, but now it won’t let me log in even though I know the password is correct.

Need to do another update or something because the app is not working right

Avoid at all cost

The worst scheduling software I have ever used. The support does not respond to emails or answer phone calls. All voicemails are unreturned. The forgot password emails and texts do not work. Slow and unresponsive. Steer clear.
