Terrible
Doesn’t work. Scheduled rides, received a booking number, called after 20 minutes waiting for a driver to be assigned & they had no record of the booking. Rude customer service too.
Critical features removed
I always preferred to use the app in the past. The dispatchers are busy enough, but now there’s no option to book a wheelchair accessible vehicle I can see where there should be, but it doesn’t work how does the other reviews have mentioned there’s no payment other than on board so in its current state, the app is completely useless for wheelchair users

Removed features. No Apple Pay. Bring the old one back.
Only in-cab payment
They removed the other payment options that used to exist in the previous RadioCab app, including Apple Pay, from this app. Only in-cab payment is available anymore.
