Pointless App
This app is absolutely pointless. You can’t book treatments or book breakfast or any of the things that you might like to have on hand for your visit. All of those sections take you out of the app to the website. Absolute waste of time.
Horrendous app put me off booking
Why a spa needs an app I don’t know. Cannot navigate the app at all and ended up booking elsewhere for spa day
Really poor experience
Have to constantly delete and reinstall app to navigate around it. Can’t get back once you jump into a specific area. Could do with much more information sourced from website, videos etc or not much point using app over the website. Quality at odds with Ragdale venue itself.
Poor app
Very poor app, when you select a page you can’t get out of it. Back buttons don’t work. Not very well designed at all and doesn’t reflect the quality of the establishment. Needs upgrading if you want customers to use it.
Not user friendly
Please fix the back button when clicking on the various pages. You can’t use it to go back, meaning every time you want to visit a different part of the app, you have to close and restart.
Useless app
All this app does is to provide contact information. Pretty useless as no purchases or bookings can be made using it.
App not updating
Cannot open the app nor will it update
