This app and this company are a complete joke. Impossible to book and when you book trying to redeem vouchers it doesn’t let you, total scam! They don’t ever answer the phone, impossible to speak to anyone, they take a week to respond to emails and forget what they’ve spoken to you about in the previous email. The app is awful and their facilities are run down.

Awful app! Can’t book the treatment that’s supposed to be included with my stay. Finding an available time is a nightmare. Just poor.
