I purchased insurance from policy bazar and they offered me alot of benifits via rahat.When i opened the app was empty with a few option and lateron now am not able to open the app which crashes intstantly when i try to open the app

Can’t register!!!
No OTP to complete registration process and option to contact customer support.
OTP and login
U cannot even start using it’s an annoying app! It will send OTP one time it will show already used or expired. It will never let u login because of OTP.

I downloaded this app over a month ago and have tried to sign up and log in several times. Unfortunately, it never allows me to register or send an OTP, and there’s no way to contact customer support. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.
Great new app.
I’ve been using the rahat app since last few days and it has been truly a game-changer for finding great deals all over UAE. I highly recommend rahat to anyone looking to save on everyday expenses.
