Membership is ridiculous
Them adding a membership is so ridiculous and greedy. I’ve been talking about it with my friends this year and we are no longer going to use this app. Would rather have them take a percentage than this ridiculous greedy membership idea. Was a great idea until creators of the app got too greedy.
Ruined it
Honestly just upset because they ruined it. As a college student and SEC sorority girl I both rented from people and had people rent my stuff for the past yr and it was great. Now this yr it’s $20 a month?? Ridiculous. Like no one is going to pay that at that point I’m just gonna buy the clothes. Honestly sad for them because no one is going to use it anymore.

From free to insanely expensive
Raide was good until it wasn’t. Great customer service and will fix any problems but all of a sudden it’s 20 dollars a month to even use the app? That’s ridiculous. We’re college students this isn’t going to benefit you.
