RAIIVO

RAIIVO is the new standard for split sheets. Create, edit, and sign split sheet with your co-writers directly at the end of your songwriting session — before anyone leaves the room. Every unsigned split is a liability. A song with incorrect metadata or missing signatures can delay registration, block royalty collection, and create disputes that take years to resolve. RAIIVO fixes the problem at the source. HOW IT WORKS Open RAIIVO at the end of your session. Search your co-writers by name, username, or email (if they don't have a RAIIVO account yet). Split the percentages and send for signatures. Done. Every agreement is legally valid, timestamped, and stored — accessible anytime, from anywhere. FOR SONGWRITERS & PRODUCERS — Create split sheet agreements in minutes — Search co-writers directly on the platform — Set custom or equal split percentages — Sign digitally from any device — Track signature status in real time — Connect your publisher directly from your profile — Add listening links and lyrics to each split (Pro) — Automatic reminders for pending signatures FOR PUBLISHERS RAIIVO Studio gives your A&R and catalog team full visibility into your roster's splits and signatures in real time — without waiting for authors to send documents manually. LEGAL VALIDITY RAIIVO agreements are legally binding electronic signatures grounded in Mexico's Código de Comercio (Arts. 89/97 — Firma Electrónica Avanzada), with international equivalents under U.S. ESIGN Act and EU eIDAS regulation. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.2/1.3. The split sheet that doesn't exist yet is the one that will cost you the most. RAIIVO Write. Split. Share.
