This app charges almost double for train prices in Japan, and generally makes it more difficult to use. Do not recommend.

Double priced
Tickets were double the price relative to the official train website. No added value in my case. Regretted and asked for cancellation immediately but cancellation fee was half the price.

Do not ever download this app nor buy anything from this scale of a company not even a shoe string. They charge double of what tickets normally cost had you ordered from the direct vendor or an alternative site. Always always check the price of the ticket and compare with these conmen. And the icing on the cake is their cancellation fee is half of your transactional cost. Essentially they’re purchasing tickets you and I can purchase at that very moment and then sticking the cost of the ticket on the total cost. It’s one thing if the tickets were sold out but no they sell goods you can I can buy and then resell that for the double the cost. They definitely put the monster in rail monsters

An absolute scam.
Will charge you insane amounts of money to modify a ticket that’s free to do at the actual ticket counters. Need to figure out a business model that’s not built on extorting people of money if they make mistakes booking a train.
They truly are monsters!
You are way better off buying from the website. It’s a mistake I’ve made over and over again without thinking, but never again. No refund policy.

This app sells tickets almost double the price from the tickets official website. And its refund policy is like robbing you.
