Weak app
Rain aware has gone from mediocre to awful. No clear information and too many obscure symbols and useless icons.
Use to like this
I hate the new layout. It’s hard to find anything. I usually just use the basic weather app that came with my phone now, instead of getting frustrated with this app
Still confusing
I know you brought back a few things like the clock and so forth but the app is still so terribly cluttered with bizarre icons - it’s so crowded - the basics are still difficult to see. It should be intuitive like the previous version and now it’s not.
The new app update is awful.
I have used this app for years. It used to be my go to. Since everything switched it is truly awful. The new app isn’t user friendly anymore and is just confusing to use. It is my least favorite and least used weather app now. I wish I could have the old one back.
Much improved version
I have used RainAware for many years. It is the easiest way to see when rain is coming, what the intensity will be, and when it will end. I just opened the newest version and it is a big improvement. I really like how I can move what looks like a second hand on an analog clock around the dial to see the exact time of the rain activity. I also like how the map can be shown behind the rain clock. There is also a ton of adjustments that can be made in settings to customize to your liking, but default settings seem to work fine.
