ROBBERS. Beware.
I have used these people for years. And am at the last with them. Never again. Time and time again. Their charging system is so fried that what’s showing on your end as the requester is NOT the price reflected on the drivers end or in their “System” ! Numerous payment discrepancies OVER AND OVER AND OVER. ., beware !

The drivers are slow and always asking for the money and will not move the car until u pay. I dont think thats fair. And not to mention im always late for work or an event when i take Rainbow. The prices are good but the timing is horrible

Good morning,
I don’t like to complain but the driver this morning was rude. The ride started off fine but then I noticed his driving was a little reckless for me. I understand he’s trying to make his money but I don’t want to be hurt in the process. All I said to your driver was that I wanted to get to work safe. He proceeds to ask me what did I say, I repeated myself, he then says in a hyper-tone manner what do you mean. I said sir I’m not doing this, this morning. I just want to get to work safely. He stated that if I felt uncomfortable to put on the seatbelt. I have no issue with that my problem is when he told me I talk to much. All I stated to this man was that “I want to get to work safe” there was no prior issues leading up to this exchange and this is how he speaks. It was very rude and it was totally unprofessional. I use your company often and I have had beautiful service but this was totally not called for.

Over charging once you get in the car.
I had a driver try to charge me more than the double the price that was on the app fare. Claiming it was an error. Unfortunately he thought I was responsible

It says null every time I put in my location and takes forever “locating/finding a driver”…
App isn’t working
The App is always saying not connected to the server.
Inconsistent
For the most part the App works fine. The issues are with the service and inconsistencies. Sometimes the App lets you know the car is coming & here. Other times it doesn’t and the car leaves without letting you know. If you schedule a ride the car comes 20+ minutes before the time. If or when it leaves there is no guarantee they have called dispatch to let them know to send another car. If they don’t there sometimes there are no cars available so you can be late. 3 stars for that, 5+ for most of the drivers.

I use "Rainbow" all the time. But I'd always call for a car on the phone. I had NO idea they have an app now, and that's just great! An already easy process has now been made even better! No matter where I am, I get picked-up in three or four minutes. Yes, they're THAT fast! 😀👍🏻 Super courteous & professional dispatchers & drivers, big clean safe & comfortable cars, you can't go wrong with "Rainbow"! I wish them all the success in the world with their new app, and I highly recommend people use their services!
