Total scam
Read the fine print they will take your money. I bought some gifts cards that seemed like a good deal at the time but I forgot about them. My wallet still said they were valid but when I went to pay and refreshed the balance, all of a sudden they were gone. Stay away!

be careful using this app! if you purchase somewhere and need a refund you can't get your money back! They have no one to talk to but a bot and the bot just circles with questions but you can never get your money back !
Can not get on app
I tried to sign up today with a referral code, as there was a promo. I got onto the site and I received no promo and know I cannot get past verification of my mobile number as it keeps coming up with an error.

I am a huge Amazon shopper. If I don’t need it right away I always order on Amazon because I despise going into a store. I absolutely LOVED when Amazon gave money back for their gift cards, but they stopped doing it a couple of months ago and now I hardly use Raise because of this. Please go back to giving money back for Amazon!!

I hate that this used to be a website and now it’s only an app, forcing us to download the app. When I tried to, I tried to enter my phone number to login, but it won’t ever let me set a country code… When I click on the option to choose a country code for my phone number, it just gives me a button to click that says confirm, but it never actually lets me choose, so I can’t sign in. Why would you take away your working website and make a non-working app?

Fraud fake stole my money
Fake app that will block your account with your money in it! Avoid! They’ll say it’s a VPN in the reply, no vpn was on they’re just thief’s!

They offer incentives and inducements for signing up and referrals yet friend who have referred now find they will not allow them to claim these cash back and have closed their account with no course to challenge

Bought 2 gift cards. Cards were made available and worked immediately at the vendor website. Raise cash became available and then used to purchase a 3rd.

the last 2 gift cards i’ve gotten & tried to use have NOT worked. have had to contact the merchant. about to uninstall because it’s just a burden at this point

Charged me two times and no gift card
I got charged twice and didn’t even get the gift card too, haven’t gotten a refund or any response for app and it’s been many days now, really buggy app

Honestly this app is probably one of the worst! Blocks your account for nothing changed the minimum limit to buy a card with no notice constantly crashes and trying to get hold of someone is impossible. I got referred into this and honestly couldn’t delete it quick enough

Allowed me to add my bank card details then blocked my account immediately for no reason! Contacting bank to cancel card as I’ve been scammed by something like this before
