The proxy works like it’s supposed to, and the interface is OK. There are many product pages that it will not let you view though. There was always some kind of error code. If a seller uses a different shipping service they will not let you see the product page. I understand not being able to buy the item, but why can’t we even see the page. I tried to buy a plushy from a seller that I really wanted for a good deal, but I could not buy it because this app deemed the seller unreliable but when I checked the sellers reviews I seen many other proxy services rating them. It does what it’s supposed to, but you are limited on certain things. Also does not often have deals and discounts like jp fans.

Customer support is slower than AI. You have to wait in long queues just to get generic replies, and you’re even warned not to ask repeated questions.
This app seems to prioritize Japanese sellers over its customers. Even after my purchase had been completed, the item had been delivered to the warehouse, and both parties had already left feedback, the seller requested a recall. The platform approved it immediately, leaving me at risk of losing both my money and my item.
When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly told that the final decision depended on whether the Japanese seller agreed, rather than on protecting the buyer.
Most of the customer support staff also act as community moderators. One moderator in particular, “Ajiujiu（阿啾啾实名唐菲）” was sarcastic and openly sided with the platform. The company was aware of this behavior, tolerated it, and eventually removed me from their community group after I complained.
Although they advertise “0% service fees,” they make up for it through unfavorable exchange rates, hidden charges, delays, and endless excuses.
If something goes wrong, filing a complaint with the consumer protection authorities is honestly much faster than trying to resolve anything through their customer support.

There’s a lot of hidden fee. I wish the app already calculates all the fees at the beginning not just surprises surprise you have to pay this.

저는 계속 메루카리 사이트를 보고 있었는데 자꾸 JDirection flea market으로 이동하는 게 불편해요 ㅡㅡ
그리고 예전엔 안 그랬는데 물건을 장바구니에 넣고 장바구니에 넣은 상품을 다시 확인하려 했을때 오류가 뜨며 볼수가 없다고 하네요 이것또한 개선 부탁드려요

I wish they would add Thai language support to the app because I'm not good at English at all 😭 Payment is too difficult, and preventing bank account theft is complicated. I'm Thai and I have to use PromptPay for payments, but I have to contact customer service for additional payments. I think this is very inconvenient.

직구를 편하게 해주는 어플이라 정말 좋은데요. 배송등록 처리가 너무 느려요.. 배송비 결제할때 쓰고싶은 쿠폰이 있었는데 배송 등록처리가 생각보다 오래걸려서 쿠폰이 만료되었어요 ㅠㅠ 대체로 3일 이상 걸리는 거 같네요,, 그래도 이런점 제외하면 최고로 좋습니다.

Great proxy
I’ve used a couple of proxy services and by far Rakufun is one of the best ones. They offer plenty of coupons constantly and their customer service is quick and efficient. I have not had any problems using Rakufun and they were very helpful when I had issues with a buyer. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good proxy.
