不正利用への対応に大きく失望しました

不正利用への対応に大きく失望しました
今回、不正利用について楽天カードに問い合わせようとしましたが、対応してくれたのは機械のみで、まったく役に立ちませんでした。
ずっと楽天カードは安心・安全なカードだと思っていましたが、海外から約¥48,000もの不正請求があり、それについても「何もできない」という対応で本当にがっかりしました。

利用者としてとても不安になりますし、サポート体制を改善してほしいと強く感じました。

I really appreciate the effort you put into making an english app.
I hope someday you can integrate changing language in all your apps.
I got my first credit card and first phone under rakuten due to it being foreigner-friendly.

This app has the basics. Although it might feel a bit lacking compared to the japanese version app.
