Too many pop-ups
I used to love this app, but at some point in the last year, the app developers added a pick-up/delivery shopping pop-up that appears constantly whenever you are trying to navigate the app. The moment I open the app or just tap to a different section, this annoying pop-up blocks the entire screen. I wish they’d get rid of it.

App No Longer Works
App just doesn’t work anymore as of a few months ago. They added two factor authentication but it just doesn’t work so you just cannot login. Wild since I used to buy groceries for pickup almost every week. You can’t use the app, order groceries, or really do anything without logging in. Which you can’t do anymore. I’ve since switched to a new store for grocery pickup.

Inconsistent functionality
I never know when the app will work as intended or freeze up at the login screen. Very unreliable when needing to actually use it in the store. So frustrating I often chose to shop at another store.

How long is it going to take for you to fix the login problem?

I have reset my password 19 times call the customer service line waited on the phone forever and am unable to log back into the app. What is the point of having the app if you can’t login and use it
Annoying 'How Would You Like To Shop' Keeps Popping Up
clipping coupons is already frustrating and cumbersome, but this app creates an added joy by having a 'how would you like to shop' (pickup, delivery, in-store) pop up banner appear every page you go to. i cannot even begin to explain how annoying it is. please get rid of that thing.
Doesn’t work!
No matter how often I update the app, and get connected to the store WiFi, I cannot use the app in the store. This is SO frustrating.
Remove unavailable offers!
In the app's Offers section, there are several offers when you click the button to clip them, you get a message, "Well that went fast! The offer has reached its limit and is no longer available. Keep an eye out for the next one!"
The app needs to remove these as soon as they're unavailable! So annoying!

Get rid of the sliding mag screen
How many times can I others tell you to get rid of that sliding nag screen? It’s impossible to navigate without exiting out of that multiple times. It makes the app beyond annoying.
What have you done
Used to love this app. Throw choices into cart, delete as I shopped. So easy. This new shopping list method os terrible. Too much clicking, slows down the entire process. HATE IT.
Unstable and inconvenient to use
Every time this app updates, it becomes more unstable to use. Now I can’t use it for more than a few seconds before it crashes or encounters some sort of error. I’ve tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it never fixes anything. I hate using this app so much just to clip app-only coupons.

Too Many Updates
I’ve never used an app with so many updates. Imagine you’re at the grocery store and you want to use the app, but no! You have to update inside the grocery store where you can’t get on the Wi-Fi! I’m so sure.
Can’t Log On
It’s been 5 days and I’m stuck in a loop and cannot log on to complete weekly order… frustrated
Fix these app quirks!
Raley's needs to fix the following quirks on the app. The first is that a screen keeps popping up asking if you plan to shop in-store, pickup, or delivery. It keeps popping up! Very annoying!
Also, and probably more annoying, is clipping coupons. There are always seceral coupons that the app says aren't available even though the coupon buttons are there. Then you get sent back to the beginning of the coupon section, so you gotta scroll back to where you were. Ugh!

Updates
Every time there is an update (which seems like weekly) all the saved facial recognition goes away and you have to enter ID and password which is frustrating
Unavailable offer
I was trying to clip the weekly offers and it keeps giving me the unavailable!?!
Really stupid it is limited to so many people clicking it, because how many don’t even use it? I always clip all offers. Same with a different store. If you don’t give me the offer I clip, guess what, I am not even going to bother to come in. So you are loosing income over a few cents. Really need to overhaul that app… could get more customers in the store

Doesn’t accept wic
Avoid this store if you have wic. Items that should qualify (cheese, produce, etc) and scan as eligible in the wic app will not work at the register. You’ll be paying out of pocket with no explanation from cashier except “item not eligible”. Go to Safeway where you can even use wic at self checkout! Actually go to ANY OTHRR MAJOR grocery store and you can use wic.

Need to Update
Every time I get ready to use the app, about every two weeks, it needs an update. Why? Recently put me in a loop trying to shop and find a store. It fails to keep my store stored in the app. What perks do I have? Just give me the member price, which in the old days were called sale ads.
Never works
Every single time I need to use this app it needs an update. It always glitches out and is not straightforward to use to get the coupons. Every Raley’s in my area doesn’t have service inside of it so if you see something you want to grab the coupon too bad the app won’t work and the WIFI in store doesn’t connect.
