Too Many Updates
I’ve never used an app with so many updates. Imagine you’re at the grocery store and you want to use the app, but no! You have to update inside the grocery store where you can’t get on the Wi-Fi! I’m so sure.
Can’t Log On
It’s been 5 days and I’m stuck in a loop and cannot log on to complete weekly order… frustrated
Fix these app quirks!
Raley's needs to fix the following quirks on the app. The first is that a screen keeps popping up asking if you plan to shop in-store, pickup, or delivery. It keeps popping up! Very annoying!
Also, and probably more annoying, is clipping coupons. There are always seceral coupons that the app says aren't available even though the coupon buttons are there. Then you get sent back to the beginning of the coupon section, so you gotta scroll back to where you were. Ugh!

Updates
Every time there is an update (which seems like weekly) all the saved facial recognition goes away and you have to enter ID and password which is frustrating
Unavailable offer
I was trying to clip the weekly offers and it keeps giving me the unavailable!?!
Really stupid it is limited to so many people clicking it, because how many don’t even use it? I always clip all offers. Same with a different store. If you don’t give me the offer I clip, guess what, I am not even going to bother to come in. So you are loosing income over a few cents. Really need to overhaul that app… could get more customers in the store

Doesn’t accept wic
Avoid this store if you have wic. Items that should qualify (cheese, produce, etc) and scan as eligible in the wic app will not work at the register. You’ll be paying out of pocket with no explanation from cashier except “item not eligible”. Go to Safeway where you can even use wic at self checkout! Actually go to ANY OTHRR MAJOR grocery store and you can use wic.

Need to Update
Every time I get ready to use the app, about every two weeks, it needs an update. Why? Recently put me in a loop trying to shop and find a store. It fails to keep my store stored in the app. What perks do I have? Just give me the member price, which in the old days were called sale ads.
Never works
Every single time I need to use this app it needs an update. It always glitches out and is not straightforward to use to get the coupons. Every Raley’s in my area doesn’t have service inside of it so if you see something you want to grab the coupon too bad the app won’t work and the WIFI in store doesn’t connect.

Terrible app
Always crashes and far behind on technology compared to other grocery store’s applications.
Stupid label placement
The bakery places labels on the bottom of products. That forces customers to invert products. If Raley’s goal is convenience for cashiers they have ignored the needs of customers by not having the intelligence to put a bar code on the bottom and a product label on the top!
misleading information
do not trust coupon and discount show in the app, it’s showing available in app but actually can’t use, it just force you to pay higher price at the counter
Still Waiting for the app to be fixed

Waiting for the app to be fixed
It’s been months (years?) since the many issues mentioned and while the app is updated often it’s still a mess. I would expect more from Raley’s.

Updates too frequently
It's rather tiresome opening the app only to find I can't clip coupons because I need to update the app every week. I appreciate the deals, but it gets frustrating.
Annoying to always update
I love Raleys but it’s so annoying how I have to constantly update the app! Give us a break Raley’s!

Fix the app
Please for the love of monkeys fix this app!! Who has the time to clip coupons?? Give me a “clip all” feature or at least make it fast and easy to clip them individually. None of this try to clip it and the offer is unavailable and it takes you back to the top. FIX IT!! Please.
Can't move past "Select store"
The app is stuck on select store. I tried multiple stores, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried clearing the cache. This app is poorly coded.
