AMAZING customer service!
Honestly the best customer service ever! I messaged them on instagram taking a chance to try and request my race to be added to the app. Not only did they message me back to tell me they’d pass along the message, they even wrote me to tell me when it was added. Whoever answered was sure friendly and I couldn’t be more thankful!

So Motivating!!
I sent my friends and family this link and had 26 messages of support through my marathon. I laughed. I cried. And I had to spend the $13 after to save the messages. Free to use btw, only a charge to relisten or save afterwards. Brilliant app, thanks for this.
Warning - You can listen during the race, £10 PER race.
The app should tell you this upfront so you know what you’re getting into. I had an issue where mine weren’t playing and when I tried to listen to them back it wouldn’t let me instead it tried charging me £10.
3 marathons - 3rd one had issues but Rally Customer service fixed it.
Updated: 3rd marathon, It showed I had 26 voice notes received. It still says I have 26 voice notes. But it skipped some on my runs and they are missing. Customer service was helpful, retrieved the msgs for me to hear after the run, but didn't get them on the run.

I loooooved this. Used it for my first half marathon and it was so nice. You do have to pay if you want to keep the recordings tho

Not all voice messages are there
I had 13 out of 13 voice messages from friends and family and only 5 got saved and played. Not worth the 10 dollars. Refund is needed. Not worth the purchase 😡

great idea! however, when it comes to race day it is not so great. I experienced glitches where the voice memos did not play properly then at the end of my race I had to pay $10 to actually hear them for the first time. Feels like a scam.

Great Idea
Finding out 9.99 to be able to hear them a second time/missed ones or keep them forever. Per race was expensive. A subscription would be easier for those who run many races and hopefully at affordable cost. But I loved hearing family and friends during race

I loved having Rally throughout my OC Marathon run yesterday! It was my first one and having messages of encouragement from my family and friends was exactly what I needed at each mile! I had some issues with my family recording from out of the country, but Rally customer service was super quick in responding, addressing, and resolving the issue. I highly recommend this app!

Most phenomenal customer service
I haven’t had the chance to use this during a race yet, but my experience so far has been incredibly positive. I originally set it up about a month ago as a surprise for my son, who was scheduled to run his first marathon on May 3. When I reached out to customer support with questions about setting it up as a surprise, they were quick to respond, helpful, and reassured me they could transfer the race messages to his account before race day. (With a recent update, you can now transfer races directly within the app, which makes it incredibly easy to set up a race as a surprise and then instantly transfer it to the runner.)
Unfortunately, he ended up being hospitalized during the race and wasn’t able to run. I contacted customer support again to ask if the messages could be transferred to a future race instead. Once again, they responded promptly and were more than willing to help, letting me know they’ll transfer everything as soon as he signs up for a new race.
Even though we haven’t been able to use it yet, the level of support and care they’ve shown has been outstanding. I love the concept of this app and the idea of sending encouraging messages during a race. Based on my experience so far, I can’t say enough good things about both the app and the people behind it.

Great but irritating
Loved hearing my messages on race day. Bit annoyed that it was not mentioned anywhere that I would have to pay for the privilege of listening to them again until I tried to do just that! 9.99 is extortionate! I hope that is for unlimited access to future races too
