Do not sign up with these guys, their customer service sucks, they lock you into long contracts and then don’t care about you.

Do not use ram. Their customer service is horrible, if you have an issue, they do not respond. There are much better companies that will be more responsive and not just try to take your money and run.
Disappointed
This company will extract ever penny they can out of you. They provide an inconsistent service for an exorbitant fee. You are better off hiring someone to physically follow your vehicles around.

The apps alright but since recent updates it keeps refreshing when you’re trying to look at a route.

Terrible service, everything is a facade to get you to sign with them. no customer service whatsoever. Their device constantly malfunctions and gives inaccurate information

Slow to update on location since last update ! Poor service for the money spent.
No Street Names
The tracking basically shows you where your truck is. It does not show street names or intersections.
Everytime a door is opened the voltage drop triggers an event making it difficult to track starts and stops.

The map should be on the whole screen as was before. However overall the app is functional enough. 3 stars just for the map.

I ordered 20 trackers
15 wired 5 wireless for a fair price of $200 monthly
It’s been 8 months iv been with them
The wired units work as needed and software is optimal
Iv contacted customer support on 5 different occasions to get the battery chargers for the wireless units and they continue to promise to mail them as I never received in the first package
Iv been paying $50 a month for these 5 trackers and iv yet to get my charger for the wireless units
So far iv lost $400 due to their neglect to my business as a customer
