One star until support get back to me
Have used before without problem. But my latest appointment wasn’t in system upon arrival and am waiting results several days later and the support staff are not replying. The chat support is not working across any system. Will update review as and when I get my results / supports response.

I am now not able to see my test results as the app seems to be broken. I just keep getting a blank screen

Terrible Service – Lost My Test Kit and Ignored Me!
I had an awful experience with Randox Health. I ordered a home test kit, sent it back as instructed, and then… nothing. They lost my kit and completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. Instead of offering a replacement or a solution, they just vanished and ignored me. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. I paid for a service I never received, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed!

Doesn’t work
If you get to actually log in! I tried reading/watching some posts in the ‘knowledge’ section, nothing happens! I have an account but my results aren’t there. Its useless. The most frustrating part is that I reported all this to Randox last year and eventually received a response that was both rude and unhelpful

Awful
When I press on any icon it either crashes or opens up a blank page showing me nothing. The only thing is seems to good at is connecting to my health and data mining me.

Woeful app. Can’t log in, interface is like a poorly design mobile site, app is down and hangs before loading the login in page… Randox seem to be pushing people to use the app for reports but what was wrong with just emailing them. Spent on tests and now have no results and customer services doesn’t seem to be able to help…

Can’t log on
Glitchy, app sign in page doesn’t load properly, can’t log in to review results I am waiting for. Was told to download this app in clinic to receive results on the app rather than by email…can’t log in then when I think I have “oops error”

Love Randox, they are world leaders but the app is straight out of the dark ages.
Some others gave it a great review because you can finally access data from it 😂

So many bugs
Do you not check for app prior to release or your website ?
Here are few examples:
1) ‘opps something when wrong, when trying to review your results
2) ‘contact us’ you get stuck in a loop and page
3) Apple health error reading data….
Ps try clearing your cache data when testing!

Awful app
This app is so awful and from a company that makes so much money you would expect some investment. Really poor design and when you try getting your report it keeps crashing. Could be an amazing app but is so bad I would not bother download it.
Waist of time
Like everyone else. I set up my account and then just get a white screen. Seems like just an exercise to collect your data
Great service, rubbish app
Please have your app build again with results in app. No need for paper based results. Just have a fancy app with everything inside. Face ID for login, etc

It seems problems with this app have remained unresolved for a long time.
On hitting the tab to review test results the app crashes and closes. Not much use.

Works for me
I had my doubts about this app before I received my report, because it wasn’t showing my appointments in the relevant tab. However, once my report became available and I was informed by email I check the app and all of my reports are there and you can access them and download them without a problem. Overall I’ve had a really positive experience using Randox health for some tests.

Bad app, can’t access results properly
App crashes every time and has done since January when I got my first test.

Totally concur with all others… white screen loop etc and then to top it all, abysmal help via ‘help desk’ and the survey to review quality of my help led to an error 404message. Good medical help and health review but work to be done on your tech Randox! The help desk did t even know about these poor reviews 😩

Don’t Bother
I have had one series of test results with Randox £150, I won’t be using them again you access the results via an online account that is impossible to access, as everyone else says you just get a white screen and the same with this useless app. There are other companies that provide the same service but 100x more efficiently. Stay away from anything Randox.

Seems to be working now
The App seems to be working now and I see it was updated three days ago. I had to register my account online first via the link sent with my Everyman health check appointment letter. Once I had the login details I was able to use the app to fill in the medical questionnaire. I’ll see how it performs when I have the blood tests done and add or delete stars accordingly.

Doesn’t work, don’t bother
Like everybody else, this app just takes you to a white screen. No functionality at all, in fact I am surprised that Apple still allow this to be in their App Store.
Clearly app development is not a priority for Randox, more interested in making as much money as possible than spending it on something like app development.
