No way to see points in app.
Can’t see in the app where I can see how many points I have. Tapping on ‘Contact Us’ in the app gives zero contact options and tells you to just talk to your local store.
Delicious donuts, horrible app
The app is poorly built. You can’t scan your receipts, or see your order history. There is no sense of rewards, or how many points could turn into a reward. I’m not sure of the benefits of the app unless you’re using it to order.
No support
Have written them before. Sometimes they can’t find my number when I make a purchase. I get notification by email that I have a free donut, but people at store don’t see that. I have not found a way to check orders or past purchases. Worthless app.
No purchase history
Went to purchase in store. Used my phone number for points and lost my receipt to expense purchase for work. Used the app to find purchase history and it’s not in there. Been there two times and nothing.

I have purchased many donuts & zero points
Then, it shows rewards for every Sunday in August for refresher drinks… well I go there to purchase a donut & get my free drink & the employee had no clue about the rewards! Showed the app for free drink & he had no idea what to do bcuz there was no QR code or anything to scan… is this a scam?!

This app doesn’t track points or rewards, useless.
What Rewards ??
They claim they offer a Rewards program but there’s no trace of anything having to do with rewards on the app.

Horrible app
Unable to find rewards. Cashier unable to find rewards. Says there is a manager, manager unable to use app. Then says rudely that she IS the manager. You can go round and round and not find rewards. Useless app.
Impossible to use
This app is almost useless. You can certainly place orders but you cannot track points or rewards.

Always an error at check out
Tried placing my order through this app for pick up. The ordering part was easy, it was the checkout that was horrible. I kept getting an error message about my basket and unable to verify my basket and that I did it have permission to update. Um, it’s my account…
