Glitches
Both app and website glitches. It randomly has be switch passwords and add credit card information. They have you create a ticket but hardly respond back.
App issues
The app needs a ton of work and it’s only good for online window shopping. You still need and will be directed to the actual website for certain things including looking at your minor things on your account. Sometimes the app just doesn’t work, I’ve had the app for 3 years now and nothings changed about it.

iOS 26.5.2
iPhone 17 iOS 26.5.2 will not open completely in my phone. Had no issues on iPhone 13. Just upgraded and now won’t open

Worked for awhile
Currently not loading. Don’t know what happened. Best to use the website
App non functional after update to iOS 26.6
I love the app and the ease that allows you to make reservations at the range and look at firearms for purchase, etc. but after the update to 26 six the app does not work on my phone. It does still work on my iPad so the issue isn’t there, but it won’t completely load so I need to go to the website to make reservations a first world problem to be sure, but it would be nice to have it convenient in the app.

Fail App
I selected my state and the app errors with ‘Select a state.’ I cannot proceed. 0 stars. Vibe coded with Chat GPT 0.2. Utter fail of an app.

this app sucks, i go to the range almost everyday during the week/weekands and i am a remember so i thought it would be cool to get the app but at the login as i get to choose a state which i chose Texas it keeps telling me to choose a state… which doesnt make sense, im better off using the website.

Doesn’t work
Can’t even log in or create an account through the app. Password reset button is completely useless. Deleted after 30 minutes of trying to log in

I can’t even make an account. It just keeps saying choose a state and when I do it says I didn’t choose it.
Terrible worthless app
There’s not much point in downloading this app. The developer clearly has no knowledge of how to develop a user friendly app. I can’t even log in or create an account and the app won’t tell me what the problem is. I’m a huge fan of Range USA but this app is absolute trash. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

Not particularly useful
Same thoughts as others have commented: there’s no real functionality as nearly everything sends you to your browser where you just have to sign in again. It’s not any more novel than just going to the website yourself and skipping the app.
Very Helpful for online order pickup!
I went in to pick up my online order, and was quickly able to show the employee exactly what I ordered and my order number from the app within a few seconds. It seemed to help the employee find my online order quickly too.
Don’t waste your time
No sense in wasting your time or device memory installing this app. It really is NOT a functional app. All it is is a LINK to their website. You’re better off going directly to their website. To the company….you got robbed by whoever you paid to “develop” this “app”. All it does is require you to log in TWICE….once into the app and when you want to do something, it directs you to the website and requires you to log in AGAIN!!

Not ready to be called App
Almost every icon takes you to use web browser and login. App strongly needs improvement.
Not a Useful App
After downloading and logging into the App, anything from there takes you back to a web browser where you have to login again. One other thing I noticed is the link in the app takes you to the wrong selection in the web browser. This App needs work and I will stick to the website until it gets worked out.
