I booked a ride and told him ti wait for 1

Mene bola khade raho aap vha ab , so he said ruk chutiye tera account band krvata hu rapido se i have already complain about this rider but no response from team rapido i have his vehicle number and his name aswell i already shared it with my complaint

Driver absconding with our stuff
Tried contacting customer service for the above issue for last 4 days but no help at all. Very very disappointing with Rapido service.
Bike Training
I think as Rapido is a life saviour, and its also more about two wheeler for me, I have a suggestion why don’t you start bike training school, it would be great as you’re Reputed brand in market. People will trust you for that. And please only certified trainer only. Thankss

The drivers are robbers
I left a bag in one of the vehicle’s and tried calling the driver 5 min after o was dropped off. I tried calling him over 20 times and even messaged him but he did not reply nor answered my calls and now finally a week later when I got a hold of him, he says nothing was left when I k ow for a fact that I left a bag in the car. The customer service also is useless with no help. Never will I use this app again.

Disappointing Support, absolutely does nothing to overcharging cab drivers
I recently had an unprofessional cab driver asking for more money after we got in cab. I couldn’t cancel so asked driver to cancel ride within 1 km, app still showed full 15 km trip amount. I had to pay to avoid keep arguing with driver and missing my appointment. Support only said that they penalized driver but no details and I asked to issue full refund which they couldn’t issue. So is Rapido actually penalizing driver and pocketing that money or they don’t anything and keep promoting this unprofessional behavior because Rapido gets commission on those rides? Very disappointed in company that doesn’t care about their customers and let these looters and thugs operate cabs on their app. I am not using Rapido anymore!
