Crashes with SeeWhy learning login

Every time I try to sign in with SeeWhy learning, the app immediately crashes. Tried removing and reinstalling app and it didn’t fix it. Based on all the other reviews, it seems like it’s been a long going issue and they don’t plan on acknowledging or fixing it. The website is great and very informative, but being able to use the app for a service we PAID for shouldn’t be too much to ask.

1 year later and nothing has been fix, the disappointment in this is crazy!!

It doesn’t open.

The other alternative is through my financial institution’s app. It would be convenient to use RapidPASS app by itself on your iPhone, but it isn’t because you can’t even sign-in. :(

2024 app still crashing

I reached out to CY after the app crashed on login.

The response “reinstall”.

A brainiac idea, so i did that. Still crashes. I emailed again.

The response the second time “it’s not a software issue, hundreds of users use it successfully. An update won’t fix the issue.”

So I’m forced to write a pissy review. Brutal.
