The MLM2PRO app is a great companion to an already impressive launch monitor. Setup is simple, the shot data is detailed, and being able to review numbers like carry distance, ball speed, club speed, spin, and dispersion makes practice sessions much more productive. The video replay and impact vision features are especially useful for actually seeing what’s happening with each swing.
There are a few areas where the app could be smoother and more polished, but overall it adds a ton of value to the MLM2PRO. If you’re serious about improving your game and like having real data behind your practice, it’s an excellent tool.

App Fails to Launch Past Loading Screen
I had MLM1 and upgraded to MLM2Pro. I was excited to test it at the range today. So I unboxed the device and added the app to my iPad. Drag everything out to the range only to fail to launch beyond the loading page. AI troubleshooting says, “force close app.” Didn’t work. “Try airplane mode on and off.” Didn’t work. Delete the app and reinstall. Great. There’s no WiFi at the range. Entire range session wasted.

Garbage
After multiple failed attempts to pair with the device when I got it it finally paired and said it needed to update the firmware of the device. Now it won’t work at all, refuses to connect to the app, sometimes won’t even enter pairing mode. Don’t waste your time or money on this product.
Ipad issues
App will not open on my ipad but works fine on my phone. Disappointing to not be able to use a larger screen
New Update Terrible
This new update made my tracer virtually useless. Shot are no longer being detected. I could have done without the chipping “fix.” I wish there was a way to revert back to the previous firmware update.

Der Aufbau des Gerätes und die Verbindung dauert meistens ewig. Mit der neuen Zusatzfunktion, dass man den Attack AngleSieht ist ein absoluter Flop. Nach mehrmaligen Schreiben mit dem Entwicklungsteam und auch der Plan ist überhaupt nichts passiert. Einfach 200 € gezahlt für keine weiteren Features keine Weiterentwicklung. Es ist absolut schade, dass das nicht passiert ist.

Glitchy
Worked fine until the last update. Now it crashes, glitches, doesn’t read shots and rarely gives club data. The app on my phone also stops syncing with the cloud every couple of weeks. I then have to uninstall and reinstall it. It’s a mess.
Very bad update without testing
App released update on 4th June without testing older iPads. The app says that older iPads , iPads with software 15.8.8 , is accepted to work but the app just crashes when one try to open it. It has been over 1 1/2 months and the issue is not yet fixed. Soooo bad. I am selling my mlm2pro. Sad
Buyers Beware!
I bought this set up after extensive research online. I did read some reviews highlighting connectivity issues, but I figured they were minor, and for the price it would be tolerable. I guess the reality of marketing and paid for reviews makes it difficult for the consumer to truly understand what they are buying.
At the beginning, the Rapsodo worked with the occasional glitch or disconnection. Towards the end of 2025, glitches became more common with camera issues, alignment issues, freezing and disconnection. I addressed this matter with customer service and the responses were “update the app”, “update the software”… I cannot count how many times I have been through this process now.
I am a fair person so I wanted to give Rapsodo a chance to fix the issue, or provide me with some options to remedy the situation, before I go ahead and post a review. The latest option was to join an app testing forum which is not what I want to spend my time doing. So, here I am writing a review.

Great if you love long load times and connectivity problems
Really kills your motivation to improve when you’re battling for 20-30mins looking a dots dancing whilst you try to load and connect.
Horrible
Worst app ever. I literally have to delete the app and reinstall anytime I want to use my mlm2pro or it won’t connect. Embarrassing to pay this amount for something + an expensive almost mandatory membership and have to put up with constant problems
Have no clue if it works
Got it today. First couldn’t even get the registration done. Now I’m just stuck trying to get a firmware update down. Have no idea how good the hardware is but the software is absolute complete garbage and a GIANT waste of time and money. Submitting for my refund on this $600 paperweight.
Connectivity issues
App regularly has connection issues or issues with certain programs. I currently can’t even connect or login due to error messages. Would be a good launch monitor if it would consistently work and not freeze or lag behind. I have 1g internet speed and still have constant issues. I can’t do my speed training today on stack because I can’t get this to even connect.

Will not connect after update
Second unit, latest firmware update prevent Bluetooth from registering in app. Never get to the scanning network portion. Support takes weeks to respond and sends canned response and the cycle starts over. Cannot recommend. I tried every suggestion online.
Waste of money and time
This thing crashes so much, you can’t go more than 2 shots before it freezes. It’s so frustrating and the amount of money you spend is wasted. I will not recommend this product. Get your money back.
App won’t open
I’m Running the app on iPhone and the app wont even open! I click on the icon, the rapsodo screen pops up for 1 second, then crashes. How am I supposed to use the $600 rapsodo I just bought if I can’t use the app!? This is very disappointing, please fix this!!

Terrible
Don’t waste your money on this Launch Monitor. After a forced update, this app doesn’t even load on startup anymore.
I sincerely regret buying this launch monitor. Hire some real developers to fix this and get your app and connection stability under control before adding new junk.

ABSOLUTE TRASH - proof that there is no such thing as a good cheap sim
I’ve had this sim for about a month. I couldn’t go a whole round without it crashing like 5 times and I was ok with that, but then it took a turn for the worst and now it’s crashing all the time and works once out of every 5 swings. I am returning it and will save up for a good sim. Don’t spend the money. It’s not worth it.

Still waiting for trash
I’m fairly certain they deleted my last review, so here we go again. App is GARBAGE!!! Monitor is fine. The app hasn’t worked on my iPad for over two months now. I have most certainly notified, communicated and even sent the nastiest email of 2026 from me to them. I’m buying another’s product and throwing this in the garbage if they do not respond and at least try and fix the app. Still waiting Rapsodo……let’s see what you do
