Can’t get it to authorise and open

Poor, Barely even loads
The app barely loads, just goes to a blank white screen. The user interface is terrible and hard to navigate. You can tell this web app was an afterthought, even when try ing to select dates for example, it just won’t let you. Feels as though it was made as a web app for a computer and then half arsed ported to be ‘barely’ viewable on a phone.
It’s better going to the website and adding it as a bookmark to the Home Screen, that actually works

Works great
I don’t understand the other reviews, although they are a few years old and probably relate to earlier builds of the app. I have done 20+ ferments and I’ve never had any issues. The app links fine with the web portal and it displays the data exactly the same and has the exact same functionality. Great bit of kit and a welcome companion to the portal.

Hopeful of the new release
App is still the old version. It is not very friendly but works. I am looking forward for the new release. It was supposed to be available on Christmas but it is still not available in the Apple App Store.
Poor Interface
The Brewzilla eguipment is fine, although its ability to control a stable mash temperature is not great. However, the app is a piece of garbage - don’t bother installing it and control the hardware manually. No problems with registering and getting a connection, it is the abysmal interface that lets it down. It feels like someone’s high school IT project!

This is the worst app/product line I’ve ever used
Somehow, in 2025, this app manages to be less reliable than technology from over a decade ago. It’s slow, broken, constantly logs users out, and wrapped in a UI that seems designed to frustrate users. An absolute embarrassment.
Do better.
Slow, painful app that does not load 50% of the time with a user interface that must have been designed by a dead ant.
Just doesn’t work
This app is doesn’t work, I don’t know what else to say. The pill I got it for is a worthless overpriced piece of garbage. It now sits on its charger having never ever done the job that it was built and bought for. I suppose somebody out there can make these work, otherwise they’d never sell anything, but then again maybe I am just that naive. Stay away from this app and these products they weren’t meant for us. I will be deleting the app and throwing away the piece of trash. Lesson learned.

Difficult To Operate
Pill is rather non user friendly. Packed with details and functions, but hard to operate. Often drops out. I know a new version is on the way, and hoping many things have been ironed out. Constantly having to register and set up is a pain and atm I have just stopped using it altogether. Back to conventional hydro until better and more user friendly software becomes available

When the app works it works. Some days the app won’t load where it gets stuck on a loading screen.

The app is in urgent need of an overhaul. The user interface is neither user-friendly nor up to modern standards. Everything is far too cluttered and unnecessarily complicated. Just take a look at apps like Brewfather or the one from Anton Paar – that’s what modern and user-friendly design looks like. Please improve the app! As it stands, I can only give it one star.

Useless
Rarely works. If you manage to eventually get past the white logging in screen (good luck with that) then the interface isn’t particularly user friendly.

Doesnt work at all
Cant even get the Pump Running or the heater.
Frustrating
Currently not allowing to add your yeast type in drop down menu or manual enter. Staring to type and it drops off.

Change your server providers
Nice app and futures. I use almost every piece of equipment you guys make. But rapt portal in Canada it is something. To login in there it is a russian roulette never know if you get in or not. It is not just app even if you do it through a web site. That’s s very frustrating just do something with login server.

This is the worst app/product line I’ve ever used
I did not think that in 2025 we would be able to make things that were less reliable than initial iPhones back in 2010 but somehow Kelyn has decided to build an app that doesn’t work is slow constantly logs you out and is the most user unfriendly design UI I’ve ever seen seriously. This is so bad that I want to go into app development just to build an app better than what this company can do.
