About
YOUR PLAN
- Pick a goal: start running from zero, run for 30 minutes without stopping, or finish your first 5K, a 10K, a half marathon or a marathon.
- Or train for a faster 5K, 10K or half marathon.
- Choose the days that suit you. If you have a race, add the date and your plan ends on race day.
- Every session tells you what to do and how hard to run.
- Move a run or change your plan at any time.
- Need a break? Pause your plan. When you come back, it starts you again gently.
- Widgets show your next runs and your RASQ score on your Home Screen.
ON YOUR RUNS
- Record your runs with iPhone or Apple Watch, outside or on a treadmill.
- The voice coach tells you what to do and how you are doing, so you don't have to look at your screen.
- On Apple Watch, see your session and your effort at a glance. Runs you record on the Watch are saved to Apple Health.
- After each run, see your route, your splits and your heart rate. Follow your best efforts and your trends over time.
- Kilometres or miles, as you prefer.
YOUR RASQ SCORE
- Your RASQ score is your running fitness, out of 100. 100 is world-record level for your age and sex, so the score is fair at any age.
- See your level, from Newcomer to Elite, and where you stand among runners your age.
- It reads up to 16 measures from your runs and your health, such as speed, endurance, cardio fitness and recovery.
- It changes as you train, so you can follow your progress.
- Bring in your past runs from Apple Health, and RASQ uses them for your score and stats.
- Your plan and your score work with iPhone alone. An Apple Watch adds heart rate to every run.
GROUPS
- Start a private group for up to 30 friends, or join one with a code.
- Every Monday a new weekly board starts, showing how far everyone has run.
- Groups need Sign in with Apple. Your group sees the date, distance, time and pace of the runs you share. Your route and heart rate are never shared, and you can turn sharing off at any time.
APPLE HEALTH AND PRIVACY
- With your permission, RASQ reads data from Apple Health such as workouts, heart rate, cardio fitness (VO2 max), sleep, weight, and your date of birth and sex.
- It uses this data for your RASQ score, your heart rate zones and your stats.
- You can turn off any of these. RASQ still works and uses what you allow.
- Your runs, health data, plans and scores are stored and processed on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We never receive your routes, your location or your heart rate.
- No ads and no tracking. We don't sell your data or use third-party analytics.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
RASQ is for adults aged 18 and over. It gives general training guidance, not medical advice. If you are injured, in pain or unsure about your health, check with a doctor before you start.
