Deceptive ticket app

Please don’t purchase tickets from this app. They won’t send them to you until the day before, and you may not get them. The best they can do is refund you if you don’t get them the day before or the day of your event, which ruins your plan if you depended on tickets. If you need to guarantee your tickets are in-hand before your event, STAY AWAY!!!

Their chat is not at all supported by live agents. It’s just a terrible AI bot that’s entirely unhelpful and refuses to connect you with a human to help. Please save yourself the frustration and stress I’m enduring. Go elsewhere for tickets!!!!
