Waited 15 minutes as “#1in line”
Waited 15 minutes as “#1in line” then when they picked up I couldn’t hear them and they hung up. Such a waste of time. It’s better to call and wait on hold, at least you know someone will answer the line.
Honestly though, instead of building another branch, or investing in an app that no one uses, how about y’all hire more phone operators, the wait to talk to someone is getting ridiculous!
