Disappointing feature
My biggest complaint is that when a person transfers money or designates money for a bill pay or transfer, it does not automatically deduct it from the current available balance. It does if its a transfer between R Bank accts. But it does not when it is a transfer outside or a bill pay. Which can be confusing if you forget you have made arrangements for the money. Please fix this!

Quick and Easy to use!!!
Functional but a little antiquated
You get the basics here — check account balances, schedule transfers, etc. but the user interface is a little behind other, larger banks. Check deposits are slow, transfers to and from external accounts are slow. Bill pay is archaic.. they still mail a physical check on your behalf. Password rest is a nightmare, you have to call the branch directly. The app is fine but there is a lot of room for improvement.
